Villa Llesna is located in the Costa Nova area of Javea. The villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. On entering the villa there is a hallway and leading off the hall is the large living / dining room which has air-conditioning and satelite TV. It is well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a dishwasher, oven hob extracter, fridge freezer and microwave etc.
On this same level there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms three of them are double rooms and one is a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and one has an en-suite shower room. The other three bedrooms share the shower room.
The master bedroom suite is on the lower level of the villa and is accessible from inside the villa. It comprises of a king size bed, an ensuite shower room and a sitting room / table tennis room. The master bedroom suite leads directly out onto the pool terrace area.
Externally the rectangular shaped pool is the center piece of the garden and offers beautiful views to the woods and the valley. The naya and gardens are furnished for sun bathing, BBQs and al fresco dining. There is a charcoal BBQ and a kitchen area to make the most of the outside pool area.
The villa is securely gated and offers secure parking within the grounds of the villa. It offers a beautiful swimming pool, table tennis, wifi and air-conditioning.
The nearest beach is Ambolo at 2km, Granadella at 4km (free shuttle bus operates in the summer months) and Arenal at 6km.
There are several restaurants within the area that are within walking distance.

By Julie on 22-Aug-2026I would like to award a Five Star Review to Solivillas Ltd and Villa Liesna From booking to arriving we had excellent service from Liz at Solivillas and Sam after we arrived at the Villa. The Villa was immaculate and more than we could have hoped for. It is the first time as a family we have all been away, with both our children and grandchildren. The pool was amazing with an extra kitchen on the same level so cold drinks were available all day. We all had our own bedrooms and air con was available throughout. The bonus was we could put the air con on individually so we were all kept comfortable. Grandson was over the moon with the ping pong table. There was a mix up with the towels,again my fault but Sam sorted it out straight away for us. The only down side was the mosquitos unfortunately not realising we ate round the pool on the first evening and we all succumbed to the little blighters, our fault really we maybe should have been more prepared. Because it is in a remote place you definitely need a car, to go to the beach and the supermarket. A couple of places to eat within walking distance which we did try and we did find a small supermarket where you could buy essentials.

By Glen and Family on 30-Jul-2026Hi Liz Just wanted to leave you a review on our 2 week stay at Villa Llesna in Javea , I need to say from first speaking to you and booking the Villa you were so nice to deal with and the Villa was as beautiful as we expected ,it was big enough for all my family the Grandkids just wanted to be in the pool all day and evening , the weather was perfect and the pool and outdoor space was the highlight of the villa and so warm , the pool cleaner came regular to keep it nice for our stay Nice and secure villa with electric gates ,the ouitside area with the small kitchen and 2 fridges downstairs was a great idea saved us up and down the stairs to the main kitchen ,the villa actualuy was fully equiped with everything and more that was expected or needed we rent villas every year and most owners leave the villa with absolutly nothing so you need to buy everything on day one , this villa had lots of condiments etc to start you off very pleased with that Overall we had a lovely time and took advantage of the several restaurants close by and the Indian Spice Restaurant was such a lovely place to eat in the beautifull outdoor garden we would happily consider returning to the Villa another time without any hesitation Thanks Liz Glen and Family

The property was spotless clean, beautiful presented, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was excellent, offering both peace and privacy while still being conveniently close to local restaurants and shops. The outdoor space and swimming pool were highlights of our stay and provided a perfect place to relax, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with Liz was excellent throughout the booking process, friendly, helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. The only constructive suggestion we would make is additional shaded areas around the swimming pool, ie parasols, as it can get very hot during the late afternoon. This would make the pool area more comfortable for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday experience, and we would happily return at a future date. Thank you for a memorable stay. Thanks Pete N

It''s a lovely area with a few restaurants within walking distance. Very good service from staryt to finish.
Gorgeous villa in lovely quiet location.
By Nikki on 06-Sep-2018Gorgeous villa in lovely quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It''s modern, clean and comfortable even in the hottest weather thanks to the air-conditioning. For our days in we spent most of the time in the large deep pool big enough for everyone to enjoy at once. Very spacious with plenty of seating up on the balcony and around the pool. We loved the warm evenings having bbq''s and even swimming the lit up pool. Very secure with the electric gates. There are a few local restaurants/bars and a supermarket in walking distance for the essentials. The surrounding areas offer loads of things to do. A 10 minute drive down the hill takes you to El Arenal which is a beautiful sandy beach edged with restaurants and shops or you can visit the port or historic old town. The old town has a market every Thursday and lots of tapas bars. The whole of Javea is very family orientated so would recommend the area and particularly the villa to anyone!
