Located at only 5 minutes drive to the Arenal sandy beach, Casa Feliz (translated as Happy House) is an excellent holiday retreat for up to 8 holiday makers wishing to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the terrace or in the covered summer pergola alongside the private pool.The perfect location to chill and relax.
The villa is fully equipped and has use of a fitness room. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in each bedroom.

Beautiful Spanish villa 'Villa Feliz' translated as Happy House is set on a 2200 m2 plot in the popular Cap Marti area of Javea just a 5 minute rive from the Arenal beach with all the bars and restaurants and entertainment in the area. The pool garden is completely enclosed and private with a purpose built poolside pergola for relaxing and dinning alfresco whilst looking over the pool and mature gardens surrounded by palm trees. The villa is completely fenced and there is a lawn for the children to play and wild areas for exploring.
