Description
This traditional Spanish villa is situated on the quiet urbanization of Pinosol. It has an enclosed garden and private pool making it suitable for families.There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite and 2 twin rooms with a family bathroom.
The villa is equipped with Internet and English TV stations including most sports channels, Netflix & Amazon prime programs, each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, the living area has a ceiling fan, there is also central heating and an open fire available for winter lets.
The villa has off road parking for one car.
There are a selection of beach toys, some children's games and books for you to borrow during your stay.
The villa is approximately 1.5km from the beach and shops, there is a restaurant, bar and play area within 50m.
There is plenty to do in the area, there are 6 Golf courses within 45 mins of the villa, you can hire pedalos, canoes, boats etc at the beach, there is a diving centre in Javea.

Notes on accommodation:
This property is suitable for families as it is completely enclosed. Travel cot and booster seat are provided free of charge, any other child or baby equipment can be provided for a small fee (bookable in advance). We also provide a hair dryer.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels (house and beach/pool) are provided. If you are staying longer than a week you can opt for a mid-stay clean and change of linen at a reasonable extra charge.

There is a food preparation area with a gas BBQ & gas ring for making paellas. Covered sun terrace with dinner table and 6 chairs, small table with 4 chairs. There is a grassed area of lawn. Sun loungers. The pool is 8m by 4m with corner steps.
Pricing Information:
A non refundable deposit of £200 is payable on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. There is a refundable damage deposit of £300 (£500 for longer stays) to be paid with the balance.
The price shown is per day, there are a minimum number of days you can book, this varies depending upon the time of year.
The cost includes all linen and towels (Bath, Hand & Beach) and end of stay cleaning.

2 weeks at Casa Louisa
By Sami on 08-Aug-2026We booked Casa Louisa for our 2 week holiday as a family of 6, with 2 teenagers and 2 smaller children. We arrived to find the villa clean and tidy with plenty of towels available. Off street parking is available but in reality it would be very difficult to get in and out of the spot due to it being very narrow and the road at times having lots of cars parked. The bedrooms are a fair size, however access to the swimming pool and rear garden is through a door in a bedroom so you have to use the front door in early mornings if the occupants of the bedroom are asleep, not too much of an issue as the garden wraps around the villa, but that bedroom is straight off of the kitchen. We arrived on a Saturday and found the swimming pool to be a little misty when we arrived but were keen to start enjoying our holiday so didn’t let it put us off. However, we found at the end of the day all of our swimming costumes had turned green and when showering all of the soap suds were green also. We immediately reported this to the owner who reported that this was due to pollen and that they would get someone to come and check it. The pool was checked the next Wednesday even though the owners claimed each day that someone would come to check the pool. This impacted on our ability to enjoy the pool. We found the internals of the house to be quite cramped for a family of 6 with limited family space; whilst functional the property is quite dated. I appreciate the property is rented, I felt it unnecessary for the laminated signs of ‘do’s’ and ‘don’ts’ on the walls, the property information booklet would be enough, we know not to dispose of sanitary products down the toilets! Whilst the owner claimed no that the cctv was not used whilst rented, it felt somewhat imposing. We found there to be an excessive number of mosquitoes, whether this is related to the property or not we were eaten alive, more so than in other villas we have stayed in in Javea.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We are pleased to hear that you found Casa Louisa clean and tidy on arrival and that there were plenty of towels available. Regarding the carport, it is designed to accommodate a normal-sized car, although we appreciate that access can be tight for larger SUVs. Parking on the road is an option, which most guests prefer. We note your comments regarding the internal layout and access to the rear garden and pool. The layout is clearly shown on the floor plan provided in the listing details, so guests can see the arrangement before booking. However, we appreciate that a property can feel different depending on the size and needs of each family. We are sorry that the swimming pool issue affected your enjoyment of the holiday. We took your report seriously and contacted our pool cleaning company immediately to investigate. They advised that the green water/residue was caused by a combination of pollen, sun cream and make-up in the pool. Unfortunately, these factors can affect pool water quality, particularly during warmer periods. We appreciate that this was disappointing for your family and regret that it could not be resolved sooner. The laminated notices are intended to help guests look after the property and avoid common issues, while the information booklet provides more comprehensive guidance. We take your comments on board. With regard to the CCTV, we understand your concern. The cameras are not used to monitor guests during their stay, and we are sorry that their presence made you feel uncomfortable. Finally, mosquitoes can unfortunately be prevalent in Jávea at certain times of the year. While this is not something we can control, we are sorry that they caused you discomfort. By Ian on 31-Jul-2025Just returned from a week at Casa Louise with my wife and daughter. The villa is very nice indeed and the pool is absolutely superb...and we spent many hours just relaxing outside. A nice mixture of scorching sun and shade. Due to a delay to our flight and picking up the hire car (it's just over an hour from the airport to the property), we arrived very late. Unfortunately the front gate had been locked by the gardener so we couldn't get in, but hats off to Paula and Richard who answered my phone call, and we were able to work out how to get to the key cupboard...so all good. We were also accidentally locked out of the house one day, as the side door blew shut and we'd left the keys indoors, so a top-tip is to use the door wedge provided, and/or make sure you unlock the front door too but again, a phone call to Paula and she passed on the number for Charms, who looks after the property, and she popped round as soon as she could to let us back in. The communication with Paula and Richard has been excellent throughout the whole booking process. You will need a car to get around, and parking in the street (next to the Aparthotel) was not a problem at all. The nearest supermarket is only a 5-min drive away, and the sandy beach at Arenal a little further. The old town of Xavia was lovely with some beautiful narrow lanes packed with places to eat, and the Restaurant Rossini is also worth a visit, which is only a 5-min walk from the villa (left out of the front gate, right at the next turn, straight on to the main road, and just round the corner to the left - it is advisable to book in advance). Villa does get warm due to the hot weather, but all bedrooms have aircon, and there is a large ceiling fan in the lounge. Netflix was available, so our daughter was happy!...so all in all a very nice place to stay.
Family holiday
By Emma on 10-Aug-2024The villa is perfect, we are a family of 4 and had lots of space. Its in a good location easy to drive to beach and shops. The outside space is gorgeous good size swimming pool and the villa is clean, nice to have no washing as all done there. The owners are great and always respons quickly to any queries. I would rent this property again and highly recommend the stay at this villa.

By Cath Livesey on 13-Sep-2023Casa Louisa is a really well equipped and comfortable Villa for anyone wanting to visit and explore Javea. The temperature during our stay was over 20 degrees at night so we were very grateful for the air conditioning. During the day, we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful plot that Casa Louisa is situated on. The pool and variety of outdoor areas to relax in, were excellent. The BBQ and Paella gas burner were great and got lots of use. A range of games, books, toys and inflatables kept us all busy. Communication with the owner from booking until we returned home was excellent, any queries, quickly responded to. We had a lovely time.
