Furnished to a high standard and sleeps 6 people .The villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating . TV with catch up service in case you miss any of your favourite programmes .The villa and location are perfect for both family or golfing holidays, with many golf courses in the surrounding area. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar are less than a 10 minute drive from the villa. The villa is furnished to a high standard giving you all the home comforts you could possibly need.The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room .A private terrace leads from the bedroom which is perfect for breakfast or just some private quiet time to soak up the sun. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom , a fully equipped small kitchen and living/dining room . As mentioned the property benefits from air conditioning/heating. This is installed in the living area and 2 of the bedrooms. A ceiling fan is fitted in the 3rd bedroom. The property also benefits from Wi Fi . Internet service can be unreliable in Spain which is why we do not charge for the service . To date we have had no issues but feel it is only fair to advise in advance in the event of connectivity problems.

There is a private Swimming pool with roman steps 8x4 meters in size . A large sun terrace with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. Patio furniture perfect for dining Al fresco . There is also a small barbecue . A private driveway for off street parking

Perfect October sunshine!
By Pamela Reid on 10-Oct-2026Our second stay at this villa but our first visit in October. Villa was lovely and clean, well maintained and perfect for our family of 5. Great situation, walking distance to both local areas, especially in October when heat is not as intense. Lots of restaurants nearby and supermarket 5 mins down hill. Pool and outdoor area are superb. Was a little chilly at first but did not bother our kids and you soon got used to it! October weather was fantastic sunbathing weather so we made the most of the outside space!
Fantastic Villa & Experience
By Michael on 28-Jul-2026Great property. If you're looking to stay in the Quesada/Rojales area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracie's place. It's in a great location and has all of the amenities you need. The owner Tracie was great to deal with, always super responsive with emails. Julie who manages the property was also fantastic, very friendly and check-in/check-out was seamless. The property itself was spotless and had fresh, modern decor throughout. The outside areas and pool were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, kitchen well equipped, I can't think of anything we didn't have. There is easy on-road parking outside. The location is great, tons of good restaurants close-by and further afield. The nearest beaches are 15 mins, La Zenia around 25 mins. Guardamar & Torrevieja around 15-20 mins. There is a Waterpark 4-5 minutes away. I will be telling family/friends about this gem if they are looking to book for sure.
Excellent villa in the sunshine
By Glyn Pearson on 21-Jul-2026Brilliant villa in quesada the villa itself has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the sun the outdoor private pool is a blessing as it is a suntrap .The centre of quesada is a 10- 15 min walk away where there is plenty of bars and restaurants. Tracie the owner is easy to get in touch with any questions you may have.Julie the keyholder was brilliant aswell nothing was a problem I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Thanks again

The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The highlight was definitely the private pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing during the warm Spanish weather. There was plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The villa’s location was ideal, offering a good balance between privacy and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. It was a great base for exploring the area while still providing a quiet retreat at the end of each day. Communication with the host Tracie was excellent from start to finish. Any questions were answered promptly, and check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free with Julie. Overall, we had a wonderful 12-night stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Spain. We would happily return in the future.

Great place
By John guest on 10-Feb-2026What a gem of a place, the villa was lovely and had everything you need for a great holiday, Julie met us near the accommodation and showed us how to use the tv ,air con, etc and also where the nearest supermarket was, I used to live and work in the Torrevieja area over 20 years ago so it was a nostalga trip for us , I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a great holiday its only 5 mins drive to shops bars restaurants and 15 mins drive down to the beach.

The villa is in a great location close to amenities and only a short drive to a beach. The villa has everything you would need and the outdoor space was immaculate with plenty of seating and sunbeds. We really enjoyed ourselves and would certainly return.
