Description
Casa Lolemi is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with shared pool in Benimar, Rojales, Spain; Casa Lolemi being situated adjacent to the pool.Benimar is situated within just a 15 minute drive from fabulous beaches in La Marina and Guardamar to name but two.
There are excellent bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk (exactly 1km) and an aquapark 10 minutes walk away, open June to September
Sleeping 6 people, the property has 2 super comfortable king size beds and 2 single beds. Linen is cool cotton and bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Baby and toddler equipment can be hired from our maintenance company if required.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, shelving, air conditioning and a hair dryer.
There is a full bathroom with shower above the bath. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. New bathrooms are being installed in the autumn of 2026. Both will be walk in showers.
A new kitchen was installed in November 2025 and is very well equipped with built in fan oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, iron and ironing board.
Accessed via the kitchen is the courtyard, which is the main dining area. There is a large round table and chairs in this area as well as a pull across sun awning for the hotter times of the day.
The washing machine is also housed in the courtyard.
Stairs lead from the courtyard to the stunning sun terrace where a pergola, comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table and 6 sun beds are provided. This area is wonderful for sunbathing, reading, chatting and generally relaxing. Wonderful sunsets are guaranteed from this beautiful vista.
All linen and towels are provided, including beach/pool towels.
Dog friendly.
Flights are available into Alicante and Murcia (Corvera) airports. Advice on car hire or airport transfers are available should you wish.
Damage deposit of £100; returned once property satisfactorily checked by our maintenance company.
Cleaning is paid locally on arrival and is €70

Fantastic accomodation
By Vint family on 20-Jun-2026We had a fantastic 11 night stay in Casa Lolemi. It was immaculately clean on arrival and has very comfortable beds, great air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. It has a gorgeous roof terrace and access to a lovely shared pool. There was also a large flat screen tv with british channels. It is a great location to explore the area but a car is probably necessary. We had amazing day trips to the Fonts d'algar waterfalls, Tabarca and Vila Joiosa. The watermpark is a 5 minutes walk and was a great day out. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars in nearby Benjiofar, Rojales, and Ciudad Quesada. We would recommend to stay here and Jill fantastic with communication.

Great Holiday
By Jane & Chris Riley on 14-Aug-2023We were so pleased with how clean and inviting the Casa Lomeli was. Plenty of towels for showers and beach , although we bought our own beach towels so used the others for pool use. Lovely views on the sun terrace and saw a few nights of fireworks which was great to see. Went to plenty of beaches which were all quite busy but it was school holidays. A must visit is the Rojales white cave houses and the shell house amazing to see. The caves and shell house are a hidden gem to visit but not good on a hot day ! We used Quesada car rentals and booked them for airport transfers. The car was old and broke down on a roundabout so was swapped in 1st week. I’d recommend to shop around first. Market days are a feast for your senses definitely worth going to. We did see a few flamingos at the salt lakes which are 10 mins away in a car. Communication with Jill was brilliant and quick to reply. I’ve would definitely recommend a holiday at Casa Lomeli. Perfect for relaxing. Thank you Jill and Bob x

Stunning
By David and Michele on 07-Jan-2023What a stunning Villa a real home from home in the sun and beautifully furnished, we had a week in this villa with its beautiful shaded court yard to the amazing large roof solarium with views of the sunset , mountains and stars at night , and a great location for bars shops and a 10 minute drive to stunning beaches gaurdmar is highly recommended all in all perfect and a pool to boot , thanks Jill for everything David and Michele
