Accessibility
From the driveway you can walk up the rest of the drive to the top outside area and accommodation (the drive becomes steep at the top). The driveway is level to the pool area and 2 steps into the lower accommodation. From the pool area are 19 outside steps to the upper level.

Outside the Property
Fabulous pool area (4.5 X 9 meter pool) located near the lower accommodation with plenty of sunbathing areas (sun beds and sun bathing chairs available) and plenty of outside seating and dining. Steps lead to upper level with another fabulous outside area with dining table (seats 8), table tennis, pool table and darts for the family to enjoy.

Details on the Coast and Beach
The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.

Golf Details
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.

Travelling to the Property
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Useful Distances
- 2 local restaurants: Alcasar (900m) and Sobores (1.2 km), but due to the elevated location this is not walk able.
- Nearest supermarket: Mercadona Supermarket (1.2km)
- Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
