Arriving at the property you will find a large private driveway with secure parking for 2 cars. After 3 steps you reach the front door to enter the house and you have reached the living room / dining room. The traditional kitchen is separate. Via a hallway you will reach the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. You can also enter the house via the naya. In front of the naya you find the first of many terraces which has a table and 6 chairs. After 8 steps you will reach the pool terrace with a 8 x 4 private swimming pool with roman steps. The pool has a shallow beginning of 0.95 and at the deep end the pool is 1.85. Near the front door and at the other side of the house you will find 2 more areas to relax and sit down.
Please note there is a fixed air con unit in the lounge and the 2 bedrooms have each an own mobile air conditioning unit

Sorry no pets or smoking is permitted at the villa
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that willful and negligent behavior is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
Accommodation Details
Living room/Dining room
In the combined living room / dining room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, Dutch TV with various other international channels, Fiber Optic internet, a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. Here is an Air con unit which will cool down the house together with a portable aircon unit in 1 of the bedrooms. From this room you also have direct access to the sunny enclosed sun room where you can find another table with 4 chairs. Here you can have your breakfast of dinner overlooking the sea.
Kitchen
Traditional Spanish style kitchen with electric and gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a water softener, so you can drink the water coming out of the tab.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 : A double bed with 2 separate mattresses or 2 single beds depending on your needs , nightstands, fitted wardrobe, blinds, mosquito nets and a mobile aircon unit.
Bedroom 2 : A double bed with 2 separate mattresses, nightstands, fitted wardrobe, blinds, mosquito nets and a mobile aircon unit.
There is also a mobile air con unit to cool down the bedrooms.
Bathroom
Family bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bath.
Accessibility
it takes 3 steps to enter the property through the front door or the naya, from there it is 8 steps down to the pool area and different terraces to enjoy the lovely sun.
Outside the Property
Outside the villa you will find large private driveway, 8 x 4 swimming pool with roman steps, an outside shower and a covered seating area next to the pool.
The outside has very pleasant lightning for the evenings to enjoy your stay.
Details on the Coast and Beach
The closest beach is the El Portet beach. You will find this beach after 3.6 km. The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4.7 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops. A supermarket can be found within 1km from the property.
Golf Details
Both the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira as the Javea Golf Club are within 7 km. La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are also within a 30 minute drive away.
Travelling to the Property
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe and Denia and are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
Further Details
Smoking is not permitted in the villa and no pets are allowed. Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
