The sea is calling… all you have to do is answer
The villa is devided in 2 seperate floors. On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, Utility room and living room. On this level you will also find the Infinity pool ( 4x 8 meters) 1.20 deep at the entrance part and 1.80 at the deep end, large outside table with chairs, sun loungers and a comfortable seating area and umbrellas. On the lower floor (not reachable internally) you will find an extra bedroom with own en-suite shower room.
Details on the Coast and Beach
The pebble beach at Cumbre del Sol is 1 km. The main sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are approx. 4km from the villa and both are ideal for families with young children.
The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Golf Details: There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is approx. 2 km and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive away.
Travelling to the Property: Use of a car is essential as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 12 km from here.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

We had amazing days sipping cava by the infinity pool and soaking up sun in the sunbeds. Nearby there are cozy towns such as Moraira, Altea, and Calpe. We really recommend visiting them as there is a wide selection of cozy restaurants and attractions. When needed, it was easy to book taxi services. There was a book providing us with contact details. Mercadona is the closest grocery store and provides you with all you need for your staying. The Friday market was a favourite. We had a wonderful staying och I would be happy to revisit! The location is truly outstanding, situated high on the mountain, which offered an incredible and calming view over the sea every day. The house itself felt incredibly luxurious, clean, and fresh as soon as we stepped through the door. We really appreciated the large spaces and that there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and socialize, both indoors and outside by the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools one could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the geographical location. It is close to the cozy little port town of Moraira, and there are plenty of charming small villages and towns nearby to visit. For those who enjoy nature experiences, the area is fantastic with beautiful hiking trails and lovely surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a carefree and luxurious holiday in Spain with proximity to both excitement and nature. We would gladly come back!

The location was perfect with proximity to restaurants, beach, hiking trails and excursion destinations such as Altea and Calpe. The pool was a real highlight with a magical view from the mountain out to the sea. The area was quiet, safe and very nice, which made the stay extra relaxing. Good areas both for socializing and for relaxing in peace and quiet. Very clean, comfortable beds and smooth communication with the host. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!
