Villa Montgó is located on Camí Coll de Pous, a quiet residential area at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park. The property balances a peaceful, tree-lined mountain backdrop with easy access to local amenities. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 1.5 km away, the center of Dénia is 2 km away, and local beaches—including Marineta Casiana—are 2.5 km from the property.
Welcome to Villa Montgó in Dénia, a spacious 3-bedroom property designed for seasonal stays of 11 days or more. The architecture captures authentic Spanish charm, featuring white-washed walls, terracotta tiled floors, and exposed wooden ceiling beams. Private parking is available under a street-level white-pergola carport that accommodates two vehicles, with steps leading down to the main villa entrance. The main villa is organized over two floors. The entry level includes a comfortable lounge centered around a classic brick and stone fireplace, a master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, and a second twin bedroom located near the main family bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features vibrant blue cabinetry, white countertops, traditional patterned feature tiling, a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge freezer , and an oven. Leading directly from the kitchen area, a prominent wooden staircase goes up to an open mezzanine level overlooking the lounge—a bright space with a sloped wooden ceiling that is ideal for reading or remote work. The villa includes high-speed fibre internet, UK TV channels, and full air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. Adjacent to the lounge is a dedicated wooden indoor dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests. Steps around the grounds connect the different living areas. From the main house level, outdoor steps lead down to the pool and the private annex. This external twin bedroom is attached to the villa but accessed exclusively from the outside. Featuring its own private en- suite shower room, it provides independent accommodation for guests or family members. We stayed at this beautiful villa in Denia in October 2025 as a family (myself, my husband, our daughter, and her fiancé), and it was so outstanding that we’re heading back again in July—and already discussing when we can return next year! From the very first moment, this place stole our hearts. The stunning views over the mountains and toward the sea are absolutely breathtaking; you can enjoy them from almost every room and the expansive terrace. It feels like your own private slice of paradise—peaceful and secluded, yet conveniently located for trips down to Denia’s beaches, old town, and restaurants. The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for both family holidays and romantic couples' retreats. The private pool was the star of the show. We spent hours relaxing there, and the pool bar was a fantastic added touch for drinks and snacks in the sunshine. Everything inside is high quality, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. We all had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The host has been fantastic—incredibly helpful and full of brilliant suggestions that helped us make the most of our visit. From local recommendations to practical tips, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. This is a truly special place. Whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, this villa delivers on every level.
