Description
Villa Rascat is a beautiful, traditional style, licensed villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the sought-after town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. It is only a 12-minute walk to the town and its restaurants, bars and marina with its beaches just a little further. The villa provides spacious accommodation for 8 people, has a private pool and wonderful views across the valley. It has full central heating, hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, dining and kitchen area, Wi-Fi and a television with UK channels.There are two double bedrooms with king size beds which are both en suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. A cloakroom is next to the lounge.
There is a huge naya with plenty of areas to relax or dine at the 8 seater table. The naya is accessed through the large comfortable lounge. There are eight sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue and although sun is available all day, there are plenty of shaded areas.
There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and an abundance of crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people.
Moraira is an easy hour's drive from the airports in Alicante or Valencia.
Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for dogs.

Wonderful Villa in Moraira
By Gail and Roy on 05-Sep-2026We have recently spent three weeks at Villa Rascat and it has been everything we had hoped for . The Villa is so spacious and very well equipped . All the rooms are large and the bathrooms very modern . The views are superb from the balcony and it is a very quiet location though so convenient for the town. The pool is really lovely and plenty of room to laze outside both in and out of the sun . From start to finish Carls communication has been excellent. All in all , a fabulous holiday .
Book with confidence - beautiful villa for up to 8 people
By Nikki on 15-Aug-2026I booked this villa 18 months in advance to secure the dates I wanted. Communication with the owner Carl was efficient and friendly, my emails and messages were replied to within hours. Payments were made according to a pre agreed written schedule, all good and straightforward. The villa itself is stunning. Plenty of space inside and out for our group to spend time together - and apart! Well equiped for catering inside or out. Private pool large, with roman steps, deep end was about 6ft, so lots of swimming and pool activities dominated our stay. Beautifully clean. Villa is situated with easy access to Moraira town/beaches for snorkelling. Take your pick of a multitude of restaurants and bars along the front. The villa is on a steep hill, if you are fit - fine. Otherwise a car/ taxi is essential. Being on a hillside gave us stunning views and sunsets. Many a happy night around the large outdoor table star watching. Don't hesistate to book if a villa holiday is what you want.
Fantastic Stay
By Jackie Betts on 03-Aug-2026We have just returned from a week’s stay at Villa Rascat, there were 7 of us including 3 children. The Villa was fantastic, in a lovely quiet location. It is very spacious with lots of different areas to eat. The kitchen had everything you need, crockery and cutlery etc and the welcome pack left in the fridge was a lovely touch. The pool area had enough sun beds for everyone and again the outside was spacious. The pool was lovely and it is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The Villa was beautifully decorated and modern and was spotlessly clean. It is approximately 15 minute walk from the town and 7 minutes to the local supermarket. There are taxis available in town and it takes about 3 minutes to the Villa. The owners were excellent at communication, before, during and after our stay. We would love to go back and would highly recommend this Villa.
Great villa, fantastic location

The pool was fantastic and definitely the highlight of our days. The location is great — close to a supermarket for easy grocery runs and just a short walk into town for dining out and exploring. Excellent communication from the owner before and during our stay.
Amazing family holiday

We stayed as a family of 6 adults and a baby and also felt like we all had plenty of space. Would recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you so much
Beautiful villa!
By Ava on 01-Jul-2026We had the most wonderful stay at this stunning villa! The villa is beautifully presented, incredibly spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, both inside and outside, making it perfect for our group. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and outdoor areas were spacious, with fab spaces to relax and dine. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious villa with everything you need for a fantastic holiday!
