Description
Villa Rascat is a beautiful, traditional style, licensed villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the sought-after town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. It is only a 12-minute walk to the town and its restaurants, bars and marina with its beaches just a little further. The villa provides spacious accommodation for 8 people, has a private pool and wonderful views across the valley. It has full central heating, hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, dining and kitchen area, Wi-Fi and a television with UK channels.There are two double bedrooms with king size beds which are both en suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. A cloakroom is next to the lounge.
There is a huge naya with plenty of areas to relax or dine at the 8 seater table. The naya is accessed through the large comfortable lounge. There are eight sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue and although sun is available all day, there are plenty of shaded areas.
There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and an abundance of crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people.
Moraira is an easy hour's drive from the airports in Alicante or Valencia.
Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for dogs.

Amazing family holiday
By Eloise Gibson on 12-Jul-2026Villa Rascat is perfect - Carl the owner could not be more helpful. The Villa itself is one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, lots of space and the pool is great. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and a baby and also felt like we all had plenty of space. Would recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you so much
Beautiful villa!
By Ava on 01-Jul-2026We had the most wonderful stay at this stunning villa! The villa is beautifully presented, incredibly spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, both inside and outside, making it perfect for our group. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and outdoor areas were spacious, with fab spaces to relax and dine. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious villa with everything you need for a fantastic holiday!
Beautiful Villa
By Victoria Jones on 16-Jun-2026This was our second stay at Villa Rascat and it was just as good as last year. Everything is lovely, spotlessly clean and the communication throughout was excellent. Lots of space, both inside and out, the pool is huge and the villa is in a lovely peaceful location, but within a few minutes drive ( or walk if you're fitter than I am and like hills :-)), of all amenities. Genuinely can't fault it and we will be back again !

Perfect location and very very peaceful with great views of the surrounding Moraira hills. Although we are only a family of four there is plenty of space for two families of similar size. Large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a w/c with more than ample living space. The wrap around balcony can only be described as exceptional and will not disappoint morning, noon or night. Outside you'll find plenty of space, around an equally impressive pool. Which I must add was spotless. The main town is a genuine 15 min walk and there is a fab supermarket maybe 10 minutes walk max. We will be back as we couldn't fault our stay. Thanks Carl and Sue's.

Fantastic time in a beautiful villa!
By Cath on 28-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was even bigger than we expected, and a highlight of our trip. The gardens were lovely and beautifully maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, and the host was excellent, always quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return.
A great place to stay.
By Pamela Lloyd on 07-Aug-2025We loved everything about our stay at this property. When we arrived at the villa, after a very early start, the ‘goodies’ left in the fridge were amazing. Just what we needed. The villa was immaculate and fresh linen was provided half way through our 10 day stay. The little things, like washing up liquid, hand soap, salt & pepper etc were a bonus. The gardener and pool attendant kept the grounds immaculate throughout our stay. My daughter had a couple of queries, about taxis, online ordering from the local supermarket etc, which were answered very quickly. We had a fantastic holiday with the family. One of the best. I would certainly recommend this villa and the owner. We would like to visit again.
