Tourist Licence EGVT 666A. This is a no pet property.Welcome to Casa del Mar - A stunning 4 bedroomed villa which sleeps 8 people and has fabulous views overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Located on the eastern tip of Spain in Cumbre Del Sol close to Alicante.
This is a beautiful home on a 900m2 plot, build size of approx.146m2 with 60m2 of patios. Our guests are the first to greet the sun every morning as it rises majestically over the calm waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is laid out over two floors and is entered on the ground floor: which leads to a large dining table for up to 10 people. Lovely fireplace with glass hatch and heater fan. Satellite TV, flat screen 49" TV. Here there is an exit to the south facing terrace with new comfortable furniture. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a new bathroom with a walk-in shower and floor heating. On this floor you will also find two of the four double bedrooms.
There is a staircase to the lower ground floor with panoramic window. On this level there are two double bedrooms, each with double beds and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double four-poster bed, satellite TV, flat screen, WC with walk-in double shower, floor heating, washing machine and air conditioning. Exit to terrace.
The next double bedroom has a double bed, flat screen TV (with Spanish channels) and dresser. WC with shower through hallway.
Outside is the south facing terrace furnished with sunbeds, new dining furniture for eight people and a new barbeque. The terrace offers marvellous panoramic views over the sea and pool area. On a sunny day you can see Ibiza on the horizon.
The swimming pool is heated (4 x 8 meter) with cover and outdoor shower.
With the nearest beach located 2.5km away and the coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira at approx 12km, Casa Del Mar makes for a perfect holiday. Water sports, tennis, golf, bicycles etc are all available locally

Stunning views, peaceful location.
By Dean, Alison & Family on 27-Jul-2026We loved the experience in the villa, we found our selfs spending the mornings by the pool and the late afternoons on the balcony with the views, however the kids were in and out of the pool all the time, a hire car is highly recommended with several local shops near by. Pepe's was our favourite 4 mins away and the bins are on the way. Saturday is local Market day, highly recommend, everything you could want is there, it's massive. (Beware I got a parking fine for not being in the lines so park correctly). Benidorm is 45mins away and there is several local restaurants near by. Grizzly world was our favourite. Ubers are available if you want to head into Moraira, I highly recommended going to this town, the ice cream stalls are amazing and restaurants are brilliant. Moraira also offers lots of water sports, we did the sea kayaking, I highly recommended this, but do two hours and take snorkeling equipment. Villa Equipment, is all present, it was very clean on arrival. Any issues please contact Nico, we did he was great, and gave us several recommendations throughout our stay. Any issues we had Nico was on hand to help. Overall an excellent stay. As yearly villa hoppers this one, with its views, location, cool breeze is definitely one of our favourites.

By Leanne Hamiton on 30-Jul-2022We had a lovely stay at Casa Del Mar, the villa was clean and worked really well for us. It is nicely furnished with a lovely clean pool. The view is what makes this villa though, it is lovely to spend your days relaxing by the pool overlooking the sea and then spend your evenings on the balcony watching the boats. I would really recommend this villa.
