The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms & lounge all with air conditioning & heating ( extra WC on 2 nd level)
On the ground floor is a double bedroom overlooking pool & garden with en-suite shower , sink & toilet
On the second level there are 2 further bedrooms opening on to a large terrace with sea, pool & garden views
The master double has a large en-suite with twin sinks , walk in shower , toilet a twin bedroom with en-suite shower , sink & toilet
The villa is completely enclosed with secured parking & a garage
Booking Details Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 6 people) On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance Iis due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond of 800€ is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings plus 40 cents per kw of electric used. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.

By JAYNE EDWARDS on 26-Jul-2026Once again another fabulous holiday at Villa Oceano in Moraira. We have stayed at this Villa several times as it is perfect for our needs. Excellent location and the Villa is extremely spacious and well equipped.
We stayed for 10 days at the end of May half term holiday

The Villa was amazing and met all our expectations, the location is ideal with a 10 minute stroll into town with its numerous bars and restaurants. The beach at El Portet is also within walking distance . We were also impressed with the communication we had with our hosts who provided a swift and positive response to any query, .We will definitely be booking again .

By Nova on 10-Aug-2025Wow, amazing, fabulous and fantastic. We have booked through Gemma and Brett for many years and would not go with anyone else. Great communication,easy booking process. The villa was everything and more for 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Everything spotless with everything you need to feel at home. The outside space with shady seating areas was a godsend. We did a online shoop before arriving which came at 7am ideal and saved carting beer, wine and food up the hill. Mercadona supermarket we used. Ate out plenty Just Taste by far our favourite right in the town . Tasca 42 is another great place. We like good tapas and nice wine. The pool is deep with plenty of space. We will be back Gemma and Brett
Fantastic villa
By Nova T on 10-Aug-2025Gemma and Brett are fantastic hosts/ managers. We have booked through them for many years and they are excellent at communicating. This villa is pure luxury with private pool. It has everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. Five minutes walk to the main town but 10 minutes walking back up the steep bank ( we are not as fit as our grandchildren)! We ate out at numerous places and all were excellent. Big shout out too Just Taste restaurant. We look forward to next year Gemma and Brett thank you
