Amazing views from this comfortable villa with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 10 adults. The property is situated in a coastal and quiet urban area, yet close to everything Moraira offers. Relax in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with A/C in all bedrooms and livings rooms, WiFi, high speed internet, barbecue, privacy, a garden with lemon, pomegranate and palm trees and a large pool. The villa has a naya with a view of Moraira and the Costa Blanca icon - Peñon de Ifach. The focal point of our villa is the large terrace with a barbecue offering outside dining or just relaxing in the open with a view. If you feel like having dinner under the starry sky, pull the covering and enjoy your evening.
For your convenience, the villa offers private gated parking for up to four cars, 7-minutes walk for shopping, bars and restaurants, and a 20-min walk or 4-min drive to the beaches, El Portet and L'Ampolla, only 1.5 km away. A ten minute drive to Ifach golf course and a short drive to three other cities - Calpe, Benissa and Teulada. Moraira itself offers plenty of entertainment for all tastes, while Valencia and Alicante are also a comfortable drive away for day trips.
The villa consists of two independent apartments, each equipped with a kitchen with everything you need, bedrooms and a comfortable living area with smart TV's. The pool level apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Excellent privacy as the villa is located on a corner plot and neighbors do not have visibility of the pool area.
Check-in 5 pm.
Check-out 10 am.
Cancellation terms:
70% refund more than 60-days before arrival. 40% up to 30-days before arrival. 30-days or less – no refund. All cancellations must be notified in writing by email with confirmation with short messages exchanged via Whatsapp or mobile messaging.
We also require a security deposit in the amount of EUR 500 which will be returned to you within ten working days after check-out following an inspection of the property, provided that there are no damages. EUR 75 will be deducted for any lost set of keys and an additional EUR 175 for a damaged key safe. Actual costs for replacing broken items plus standard callout or delivery charges.
Cleaning fee 335 euros (2027 season).
50% of the entire rental amount is required at booking. The remaining amount, incl. the cleaning fee and the security deposit, is due 90 days prior to arrival.
There are outdoor security cameras for surveilance of perimeter, parking area and garden.

We had a fabulous stay
By Lorna on 24-Aug-2026We had a fabulous stay at Bill’s place. The villa was beautiful upstairs! Only downside is taxis were a little difficult at times, and with small children they could not manage the walk up and down the hill. We hired a car and could get everywhere we needed by car. Adults can easily walk up and down! We would gladly stay again, moraira is a beautiful location and we have had a great time! Bill was a wonderful host and was at hand for anything we needed.

By Jess on 04-Aug-2026We loved our stay at Casa Kalina, the villa was beautiful. Lots of space, the pool was fantastic and we used it every day. Stunning BBQ area. Supermarket on your doorstep and the beach and town a short walk away. We would definitely return. Owners were lovely and only a message away if we had any questions.
