Description
Villa La Marina is the ideal holiday villa in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Situated in a quiet select cul-de-sac in the exclusive and tranquil area of Pla del Mar in Moraira. Just 200 metres from the sea, close to the marina, and easy walking distance of the town. It is a very short stroll to either the beautiful cove and restaurants at El Portet and the village and beaches of Moraira. The south west facing villa enjoys spectacular views of the sea and the mountains from every part of the property. Check out our photos and see the amazing seaviews and sunsets.This beautifully decorated holiday villa is hidden behind secure wooden gates and high walls with a spacious private garden and heated swimming pool.
You will love this typical Mediterranean villa and enjoy having the choice of many different terraces offering both sun and shade. There are a selection of great places to enjoy a quiet read, sunbathing, or a relaxing G&T while enjoying the spectacular sunset views.
Villa la Marina is available to rent as a 3 or 4 bedroom villa throughout the year, but during July and August it is exclusively rented as a 4 bedroom villa only.
Outside of the peak weeks, the prices shown are for a 3-bedroom rental and the 4th double bedroom with ensuite facilites is available at an extra charge.

All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, and the property has 3 separate bathrooms.
The villa has a finca style kitchen with oven, dishwasher, air fryer and large fridge. Everything you might need on your holiday is provided.

There is a 43" HD Smart TV in the lounge with a good selection of UK satelite TV channels inc. Sky Sports and BT Sport.
The villa has excellent high speed fibre broadband.

The swimming pool can be heated at any time of the year (including Christmas and New Year) at an additional cost.
Moraira and what to do..: In easy walking distance of the villa is the lovely cove that is 'El Portet', with its waters edge cafes and beautiful safe sandy beach. Alternatively it is only a short stroll to the centre of Moraira, and the main large blue flag L'Ampolla beach. Moraira still retains the charm of being a fishing village, but has added all the attractions required by the modern tourist, including a large selection of first class restaurants, shops and sports facilities: all water-sports, kayaking, jetskis, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, para-sailing, are readily available.
There are numerous excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
Theme parks are nearby at Benidorm and Valencia. Terra Mitica (like Disney world), Aqualandia (super slides) and Mundomar (dolphins, seals), Terra Natura, excursions, etc.

Perfect villa with everything you need and more in a great location

Fabulous outside space with a selection of seating areas, a great pool and amazing views. The location is great for walking to the beaches, wonderful independent shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

By Liz on 13-Jun-2026First family holiday with our grandchildren, having spent many happy holidays over the years in Moraira with our children we decided this should be the destination. How lucky were we with our choice !! Location was perfect just a short stroll to town and beaches. Property was very clean, modern bathrooms, comfy beds, lots of comfortable seating areas and a balcony with outside dining and views to die for. The owners were accessible for any queries and there was so much provided to make it a home from home for your stay. Will definitely return, thank you so much.

Perfectly situated villa with all you need to have the best family holiday
By Simon McGinn on 06-Jun-2026Family group of five adults and one baby..The villa is located between the two town beaches, walking distance from both.. Situated on a hill the villa benefits from wonderful panoramas. The accommodation has 4 bedroom, two being en suite, and one at pool level. Beds extremely comfy and house very well furnished with all you need for your stay. This is the 4th time in Moraira.and would not hesitate to re-book in the future.

By Claire on 30-May-2026We had a lovely holiday at the villa, we hired the whole villa for an extended family holiday - the space worked really well for us. Lots of seating options, plenty of space to spread out. The location is excellent as we could easily split up and do different things, close to the beach and restaurants, plenty to do for all in a quiet location. Enjoyed the pool and had a couple of BBQs, every utensil you could possibly need for the kitchen too. The view is lovely and we all enjoyed just sitting out and looking at it. Great communication with the owners
