The villa has three well-furnished bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. Each room is designed for a restful stay with air conditioning and storage space, helping you feel settled and comfortable throughout your visit. There are two bathrooms, making it practical and easy for everyone to share the space.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living area with comfortable seating and a dining space for relaxed meals together. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a calm and airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, whether it’s a simple breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.

Accessibility
Around 15 steps lead up to the villa from the driveway but then the pool area and villa is all on one level.

Details on the Coast and Beach
Moraira town is approximately a 20 minute walk, or a 5 minutes by car. The blue flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet.
Golf Details
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.
Travelling to the Property
Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.

Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm, unless by prior request.

A great place to stay
By Heather Callow on 01-Aug-2026We had a great holiday. The villa was perfect all on one level, short drive to the beach and shops although this could be walking as apart from a small gradual hill all on the flat. Paul and Linda were as obliging as in previous years thank you.

The pool and the villa were very clean and was well stocked with household goods, towels, BBQ, etc. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach and start of the town. Very quiet residential street with good off road parking. We would definitely rebook when returning to Moraira” All agency interactions were fast and efficient, including paying deposit, confirming arrival and departures etc. Would also recommend the agency for different villas
