Located - Beach Front with a magnificent private pool. Wake up to see the sun rising over the Mediterranean from your bedroom windows, literally 30 seconds walk to the water’s edge of beautiful La Mata beach, and minutes from local restaurants and beach huts. Make the most of free Wi-Fi Internet throughout.
Air con for summer and underfloor heating for cooler months.
The villa is set in an exclusive gated urbanisation of only 8 houses with 2 x allocated parking spaces there is no need to battle for beach parking. Alternatively, just ask and we can arrange airport Transfers for you.
La Mata town centre is a pleasant 15 minutes’ walk along the beach boardwalk for shopping, local Spanish restaurants, supermarket, banks, & street markets.
The local town of Torrevieja has bowling, go-carting, cinema, restaurants and the Habaneras shopping centre. Also, there is a night market down by the marina, waterpark and fun-fair. La Mata beach has pedalos / banana / flying sofa for hire on the beach in summer.
Boasting 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor hot/cold shower, a pool shower and an additional toilet. With extensive outdoor space over-looking the beautiful private pool and panoramic views of La Mata Beach and the Mediterranean Sea, Voramar is perfectly situated.
With air conditioning through-out. The villa has everything you need including a filtered ice making fridge/freezer, (additional large fridge /freezer in the bar) 2 big screen TV’s, multiple air-con units, Gas BBQ, choice of outdoor eating areas, and a large indoor dining table that comfortably seats 12.
Only minutes’ walk to all local amenities - shops, bars, supermarkets with a good selection of beach front restaurants, or beach bars for those requiring the more casual refreshments! You can sit and enjoy a cold drink / tapas with your feet in the sand! or try one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk.
If you can drag yourself away from the Private Pool, there is also a very enjoyable Aqua Park a short drive away or catch the local bus to the 'traditional Spanish Town’ of Torrevieja. (15 minutes away)
For a day trip Historic cities such as Cartagena, Murcia, Guadalest and Albacete are within 30-60min drive.

CANCELATION POLICY
• Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
• You are recommended to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that means you are unable to stay at the villa.
• Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM

• Cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the outdoor BBQ. Please leave the BBQ in the same condition as you found it. There is a charge of €30 for our cleaners to clean it.
• Bank charges for the return of the deposit will be at the guest’s expense..

Wonderful Villa in great location
By Martin McE on 01-Aug-2026Villa Voramar is exactly as advertised, spacious living and sleeping areas, perfect location on beachfront, pool area is great size and well maintained and the property is very well equipped. As a party of 8, the benefit of safe drinking water on tap was invaluable. Plenty of different areas to enjoy the sunshine and indeed shade when needed. The pool was a big hit for all 8 of us, absolutely fantastic. Short walk to several nice restaurants. Occasionally we made use of eScooters to get to and from supermarket, they are located close to the Villa, although it is very walkable. Communication with Matt was first class with prompt and pleasant updates. We used the property managers transfer company, again the communication was spot on and the service was friendly and on time. We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic week in this wonderful Villa, no hesitation in recommending the property and owners.
Wonderful villa, great location & outlook
By Jason Kitcat on 08-Aug-2026This villa is perfect for a beach holiday looking straight out onto the beach and the sea for a blissful start to your day with a cup of coffee and a book sitting by the pool. A short walk to lots of things to do, lovely beach and plenty of places to eat. The Villa was very well appointed with everything we needed and there was lots of fantastic support and advice from the owner on the best places to go. If we had to quibble, the bedroom aircon units had intermittent pump noises which stopped some of us from sleeping well. The owner very kindly did send an engineer to look at it, but it couldn’t be resolved.
Family retreat by the sea

Comfortable beds and a great kitchen and lounge area, ,the bar was where we all gathered in the evening..We were so pleased with the location ,just beside sea and our own pool to boot. Uwe was very friendly and informative, ,a great holiday, thanks All.
La Mata Holiday
By Louise Willington on 23-May-2026What can I say? I booked this villa for a family (adults & children) holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday & we were blown away by both the villa and the location! The villa itself is well equipped and spacious, more than suitable for 12 people to stay comfortably without feeling on top of each other. The outdoor pool area had plenty of beds, tables and chairs to accommodate everyone, as well as a spacious bbq courtyard area and another outdoor area where you can shower and hang your towels and leave your things when returning from the beach, without having to walk through the house. We spent 7 relaxing days by the pool, over looking the beach and the beautiful sea ( which we swam in every day)- there are plenty of parasols and chairs if you wanted to spend the day on the beach, but we felt that as it was just the other side of the wall, we could see everything going on we didn’t need to. We used the transfer company that was recommended by the owner which was efficient and smooth on both arrival and departure (& reasonably priced). We were greeted at the villa by Uwe who showed us around and explained everything about the villa. There are many beach bars and restaurants that we used, all within walking distance (we ate at a different one every night). Communication with the owner with Matt was great, very informative and would always reply to my emails within 24 hours. I honestly can’t think of any negatives about this villa & we’re all hoping to return again in 2027 for some La Mata sunshine at Villa Voramar. If you’re thinking of booking, do it!
A great place to stay
By Eva Koggdal on 20-Sep-2025Very nice house and super close to the sea. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of seating for eating and socializing for 10 people. The pictures describe the apartment very well. Nice pool. Very good communication with the owner.
Perfect stay
By Helen Hunt on 13-Sep-2025We are a group of 6 ladies that go to Spain every year and this has to be the best villa we have stayed in. Perfect location. Perfect size so we all had our own space. Normally we find we are having to move stuff around to suit our needs but not with this one. It’s got everything you need and very well equipped. Perfect location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket with 2 within 10-15 min walk. We always do a big shop to be delivered for main shop then just do top ups for bread etc so ideal with shop being within pleasant walking distance. We enjoyed it that much that we have pencilled in to go back (never done that before). Communication is excellent with the owners. Nice touch that if you leave food &/or drink they give this to food bank as well as any toiletries left over, Rather than going in the bin
