A spacious villa spread over two floors with a private pool and panoramic sea views. Situated on a quiet private road, five minutes walk from the quaint village Benalmadena Pueblo. The villa sleeps 6 in 1 kingsize and 2 twin rooms with air conditioning to all bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has access to a terrace area and the living room opens onto a large covered patio, stepping down to the substantial patio surrounding the private pool providing lots of space for sunbathing and barbecues.

The province of Benalmadena is made up of 3 main areas; Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa (beachfront) and Arroyo de la Miel which is a pretty and bustling town. Although Benalmadena Pueblo is central to many attractions on the coast, the main attraction is undoubtedly the village itself. It retains it’s typical Andalucian character and charm, with whitewashed houses, narrow streets, and friendly locals. Even in the height of summer when the streets can be bustling with tourists, the village never loses it’s relaxed atmosphere. Benalmadena and the nearby surrounding area has several attractions worth noting. An award winning marina, mountain topping telecabin ride with fantastic views, butterfly park, sea life marine park, water parks, dolphin watching boat trips and much more.

Internally, the villa is well equipped with modern stylish furnishings and contemporary kitchen with granite work surfaces and integral oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher as well as a large free standing US style refrigerator with iced water and ice dispenser. The bedrooms and bathrooms are are accessed from a marble staircase leading from the lobby and all are furnished in contemporary style with large integral wardrobes providing plenty of storage along with additional chest of drawers. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, and french doors open onto a very spacious and private terrace with sunbeds. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds and share access to a shower room with each bedroom having french doors opening onto a tiled terrace. There is a fully equipped shared house bathroom. The living room is furnished with modern Danish leather sofas and the dining area has a contemporary glass table with 6 chairs and matching glass cabinets. There is a wood burning stove for use in the cooler weather. TV with DVD and VHS only. There are also two further portable TV/VHS for bedroom use. French doors lead onto the covered patio with a further glass table and 6 outdoor dining chairs alongside 4 comfortable seats. A barbecue is also provided.
