Peaceful 100m2 family house with a south-west facing 35m2 private patio and a 50m2 roof terrace with views over the sea and the mountains. The swimming pool is a few meters away and the nearest beach, Playa Bil Bil, is 300 meters away-5 minutes on foot downhill. Parque la Paloma is only a 2 minutes walk away.

The swimming pool located in the communal garden next to the house is open seasonally from 1 May until end of September. Sunbeds at Casa Juana can be enjoyed at the patio or outside by the pool. The house is located on a secure, gated complex, far from the main roads and noise. Benalmadena is a perfect holiday resort for families, famous for the marina, endless sea promenades and the beautiful Paloma park. The beach with plenty of restaurants and chiringuitos is only a short walk away. Moreover, you can take a cable car from Arroyo de la Miel to the mountain of Calamorro to see the panoramic view of the area or enjoy a birds of prey presentation. Torremolinos Aqua Park is only 10 minutes away by car, so is Benalmadena Pueblo and the picturesque Castillo Colomares. Malaga, Fuengirola and other nearby towns can be easily accessed by commuter train or by bus. Day trips to Caminito del Rey, Cordoba, Sevilla, Granada or Gibraltar are all possible. There are 2 well-stocked Mercadona supermarkets within 10 minutes walk from the house.

En-suite bedroom with a double bed and further 2 twin bedrooms with access to a separate bathroom are located upstairs. Downstairs you will find a massive living room with a dining area, a kitchen and a toilet.

Spacious house registered for 8 occupants with 7 separate beds: 4 single beds, 1 double bed upstairs, and a double and another single sofa bed downstairs.

Standard check in 17.00-21.00. Additional charge of EUR50 for late check in 21.01-2.00am. Standard check out 12.00 noon.

By car/ taxi from Malaga airport (15-20 minutes) or by commuter train from Malaga airport to Benalmadena/ Arroyo de la Miel (17 minutes + 10-15 minutes walk downhill). Personal check-in only (not self-check in is possible)

Payment by bank transfer in GBP or EUR split by deposit and a final payment (due 6 weeks before holiday)
