Escape to our charming Casa Theresa retreat in Estepona's Old Town!This three-story townhouse offers the perfect blend of traditional Spanish style and modern comforts within a 5 minute walk to Playa de la Rada. Ground Floor: Relax in the open-plan living area featuring a full kitchen, dining space, comfortable sitting room with a smart TV, air conditioning/heating, a cozy fireplace, and a double sofa bed.
First Floor: Unwind in the magnificent master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and two Juliet balconies. A spacious landing connects the bedroom to a full bathroom (shower and toilet) and provides access to a washer/dryer.
Second Floor: Find a second bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet). Step out onto the private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.

Spotlessly clean and everything supplied for a perfect holiday including beach trolley chairs and parasol etc. Host was very friendly and helpful- great communication. Had one issue (out of hosts control) that was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend this house especially the upstairs bedroom with ensuite and amazing private terrace. Thanks for everything Maureen. Love to come back!

By Deborah on 04-Sep-2025Had a wonderful stay at Casa Theresa. A lovely, clean well equipped 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse in the heart of the old town. Been to Estepona many times and definitely the best place we’ve ever stayed. Huge spaces, lovely sunny roof terrace, thoughtful touches like welcome cold drinks, drinks fridge just off roof terrace, trolley containing all the beach gear you’d ever want, beach towels, great hairdryers - you could just turn up with a few clothes and have everything you need! Maureen was a fabulous host - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back ️

By Ninna on 30-May-2026Lovely house at a perfect location. We enjoyed the private roof terracce and the many local restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and playgrounds nearby. Walking distance to the beach was so convenient and the beach equipment available in the house were very helpful.
