The apartment is located at Avenida Rey de España 4, Fuengirola, Málaga, in a prime beachfront position.

Access is very convenient both by car and by public transport. Guests arriving by car can reach the property easily from the main coastal roads and nearby connections.

For guests arriving by plane, Málaga Airport is well connected to Fuengirola by train, making it a practical option without needing to hire a car. Fuengirola train station provides easy access to Málaga Airport and Málaga city, and the apartment is well located for exploring the Costa del Sol.

The property is situated directly opposite Fuengirola Mosque and very close to Sohail Castle, which is less than a two-minute walk away. There are two beachfront restaurants directly in front of the apartment, as well as the promenade, beach, local restaurants and amenities nearby.

Full arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.


A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is payable at the time of booking.

A refundable security deposit of €300 is required before arrival. This is returned after check-out, once the property has been inspected and provided there is no damage, missing items, breach of house rules or exceptional cleaning required.

Final cleaning is charged separately unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

For short holiday stays, reasonable use of water, electricity and internet is included in the rental price.

For longer stays of 28 nights or more, electricity may be charged separately based on actual consumption, or a monthly allowance may be agreed in advance.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or another agreed secure payment method. Full booking details, payment dates and house rules will be confirmed in writing before the reservation is completed.
