Description
This private secluded character Finca, with its own pool is set in a peaceful open country location, with fabulous views surrounding, only 7 minutes drive to the Historic White Andalucian Village of Mijas, and 5 minutes drive to the miles of stretching sandy beaches ( very safe for children) and town of Fuengirola. The villa is ideal for private seclusion, plus many amenities nearby if required.Sympathetically restored only a few years ago to a very high standard with high beamed ceilings and fireplace in the lounge, with open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plenty of crockery, etc, etc. Tassimo coffee machine, plastic glasses washing machine in laundry area.. Patio doors from the lounge open directly on to the pool area, and shaded terrace, with dining table and chairs
There is a grassed area which surrounds the pool, ideal for children to play. At the front of the vila there is another enclosed patio area, which is very private, with dining table and chairs. One client referred to it being similar to a " Secret Garden"
The villa has a rustic feel to it, which gives it much character, but with modern attention.
There is one double with ensuite and walk in shower and one twin with ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms having air conditioning. Set in it's own grounds in a tranquil, secure and private location, with automatic entry gates and parking within the grounds for 3 cars.. WIFI available Satélite TV/DVD. with Smart tv channels and including many European channels.
It has a 8 x 4 private pool with Roman steps leading into the pool, making it easy for young children or older people who may have disabilities. All the garden area and the villa are on one level.
BBQ and dining area, sun-terrace with sun beds set in lovely tropical gardens, which are, fully enclosed. This can be lit at night. Lovely views to Mijas "Pueblo" which only is 7 minutes drive, taking the quiet country route. 5 minutes drive to the bustling town of Fuengirola/ and 15 minutes to the seaside village of La Cala and equal distance to the mountain village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
Only minutes drive to the many many beaches, which are all safe for children,many being awarded "Blue Flag".
Local bus services passé by front gate.
For children, nearby is the local Zoo, Mijas Agua Park , The sea Life Aquarium, Butterfly Park, Karting, plus many more activities.
Close to Many, Many famous Golf Courses
Many recommendations from happy clients, who have found that our villa was just the ideal location they were looking for. Very peaceful but within easy distance to everything. The nearest amenities, (supermarket, chemist, baker, several bars and restaurants is exactly 2.2 km from villa) Malaga Airport 20 mins drive. TV programmes now include BBC and ITV

"We did go out on a few occasions Mijas was beautiful so we had 3 nights out there. We also went to Benalamadera for the day but it was too hot for my daughter so we only stayed for around 3 hours.
Obviously with the bus stopping outside we had several trips to Fuenngarola. One of the bus drivers recognized us each time so our children waved at him even when we weren't getting the bus. Both children loved to go to the end of the drive to see the goats each day.
We will definitely be returning to Mijas in the future. We felt we were just really getting to know the area when it was time to come home. It's such a beautiful place.
We loved the villa and would love to return some time. The sleeping arrangements worked great as well."

The patio area at the front of the villa is a real sun trap with the feel of a secret garden. Lovely!
You have a lovely house and garden and it's easy to understand why all the reviews are so good.
It feels so much more like a proper home than the villas we usually stay in and we're really pleased we booked to stay here.

Nice relaxing getaway
By Julie C. on 19-Nov-2019We recently stayed here for a week in October. From the start communicating with Ian and Carol was easy. Easy to follow instructions so that we could be met and taken to the villa and shown around. Villa was as advertised and lovely outside space which is where we spent most of our time. Always lovely to have essentials supplied and the villa was well equipped. The outside fridge was a well used added bonus. Only minus was the traffic noise from the road for the light sleepers in our party but we had a fabulous week.

Lovely Holiday in Villa Eucalyptus

A lovely relaxing holiday

The house is as described and we spent most of our time in the garden enjoying the pool. Mijas pueblo is a must seen ! For sure we will come back and were very pleased with availability of Giles. Fantastic Villa! Fantastic Holiday!
By Aidan B. on 17-Jun-2019We have just spent two weeks at Ian and Carols fantastic villa in the hills near to Mijas Pueblo. The villa itself is perfect and has a fabulous pool and gardens. The villa is nicely secluded and feels very secure. With gated entrance and parking. The property itself is located only 10 minutes from Fuengirola and the stunning village of Mijas Pueblo. Carol Met us following our arrival at a petrol station nearby, in order to guide us to the villa and show us around, this was very much appreciated. Ian and Carol were very attentive hosts, advising us on places to eat and visit during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time at the villa, and hope to stay again in the future. Thanks Ian and Carol!
