Description
TWO ROMANTIC LITTLE COTTAGES, the perfect getaway for couples wanting an idyllic summer holiday or some warm winter sunshine, also ideal for friends or family holidaying together but wanting their own space. Not recommended for children under 12 years old.ONLY 40 MINUTES FROM MALAGA AIRPORT centrally located for day-trips to the Alhambra Palace at Granada, vibrant Seville and historical Ronda.
While the surrounding countryside offers total tranquility for walkers, LOCAL TAPAS BARS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS AND BEACHES ARE JUST 5-20 MINUTES DRIVE or just spend a peaceful evening on the patio dining ‘al fresco’ whilst watching the sun sink slowly behind the mountains.
The cottages are privately situated 40 meters apart, tucked away in the hills near the white walled pueblo of Mijas,
Andalusia.
CASA LIMONES is close to the pool and has panoramic Mediterranean and mountain sunset views!
LOS OLIVOS is set overlooking its own olive grove and has spectacular uninterrupted views across hillsides of olive groves to the dramatic mountains in the distance with
stunning sunsets!
ENJOY LONG LAZY DAYS BESIDE THE 8X4 METER POOL in the peaceful and beautiful Mediterranean garden with magnificent views to the mountains of the Sierras de Ojén National Park.
Both cottages have their own secluded sunbed area beside the shared pool garden.

We had a Wonderful and Relaxing stay at Los Olivos - Extremely peaceful and comfortable!

Perfectly located between mountains and sea, we spent our days soaking up the wonderful views, enjoyed long lunches by the coast and late afternoon swims in the pool. Swallows darting though the Olive grove and kestrels hovering above brought evening entertainment. Extremely peaceful and comfortable, many thanks Maureen for a wonderful stay.

After searching endlessly for a relaxing place to stay in Europe we found Casa Limones and its host Maureen and we were not disappointed. We had the perfect week in Los Olivos enjoying the birds and mountain views over breakfast and sunset and exploring the region or relaxing by the pool by day. The cottages are so well equipped and a brilliant base for exploring towns like Mijas Pueblo and Ronda. Maureen is a generous host, not only leaving a welcome hamper but also accommodating our very early flight home. We can't wait to return!
The Mountain Views are Incredible!

Maureen's cottage is blissfully tranquil and extremely comfortable - and the mountain views are incredible! We loved watching the birds in the olive grove, spending lazy afternoons by the pool and sitting out on the terrace as the sun went down behind the hills. Many thanks, Maureen, for a perfect week.
Fabulous Retreat in the Most Comfortable Cottage
By Susan on 23-Aug-2025Fabulous retreat in the most comfortable cottage. Beautiful interior with everything you could possibly wish for. A truly wonderful place to stay, views to die for and a stones throw from Spanish towns, great eateries and an easy 30 minute drive to the beach. My only regret is that I've only just found this gem.

April Sunshine and Wild Flower Walks!
By Clara on 12-Apr-2025We have just returned from 6 wonderful days at Casa Limones. We loved the wildflower walks directly from the house, the spectacular views across the olive grove to the mountains and the mature well loved garden. The house is well equipped and comfy. The information book misses nothing! We particularly liked the glimpse of pink geraniums and blue sky through the shower window and the sweet cats that popped by to sunbath with us. Thank you Maureen for being such a lovely host.
