Description
If you are looking for something special, Villa Miramar is a large, luxury, detached villa, set in a third of an acre, and only 5 minutes stroll to Burriana Beach, and 15 minutes walk to Nerja town centre. The house has been refurbished to very high standard and has a fabulous large swimming pool. set in large mature, colourful gardens. The villa has a large lounge and second sitting room, and 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. The villa is ideal for extended families holidaying together but requiring plenty of space and a degree of privacy, and we have many groups of 2 families with children taking a break together.The house is set in large mature, colourful gardens with olive, citrus and palm trees and enjoys sea views. The large entrance hall opens into a splendid lounge, with seating for eight on cream leather sofas. Sat.TV, DVD, & Hi-Fi with ipod dock. French doors open onto the extensive upper sun terrace, with sofas and glass screening. There is a new spacious luxury kitchen/diner with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. and granite w/tops. There is also a formal dining room which seats eight in style. On this floor there are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with large walk in wardrobes. The master king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the twin bedded room is adjoining the master bathroom . A marble staircase, with elegant glass screening leads down to the second refurbished kitchen, fully equipped with hob, microwave/grill, washing machine, and dining area. There are two large bedrooms, one king, and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes, and a second sitting room leading onto the large elevated dining patio through French doors. There is also a large newly replaced third bathroom with walk in shower, wc, and basin. All bedrooms have air con for night time use. Wifi is included free of charge. Cot and highchair available, cot bedding not provided. NOT TO BE MISTAKEN WITH MIRAMAR VILLAS, NERJA!

Perfect stay!!!!
By Sarah Kimber on 29-Aug-2026Wow we have just returned from a 7 night stay at this most beautiful villa - myself, hubby and two boys (aged 10 and 12) and my mum, dad and brother. The perfect location and a mix of activities to explore in the local area to suit all ages. Afternoons down at Bar El Fuego for a drink and a few games of snooker for my brother and his nephews which they absolutely loved. Quiet relaxed days by the generous sized pool, chilled evenings on the terrace. Lovely trip into Nerja with a spot of lunch and beautiful views of Balcon De Europa (pictures on the web dont do this beautiful view justice). A morning spent at the local beach (be careful sudden drops as you go in - so need to be water confident) - beautiful sea). Plenty of amenities near by and water activities to explore. Lovely little take away/eat in place just down the hill from the villa - 'Burriana Steakhouse' (large portions) - serving burgers, chicken,steaks,chips and I think tacos. We opted for a delivery from the Mercadona which charges £8 for delivery. Website not the best (no pictures - so ordered what we were sure on) so difficult to see what you are purchasing. We made a couple of top up visits to Mercadona - taxi each way £8 each- but well worth it. Beachside supermarkets a lot pricier. Cheryl was amazing at communicating with us and answering any questions - (I asked a lot). Would thoroughly recommend Villa Miramar!!!!!
Amazing villa
By Neil Percival on 05-Aug-2026We had a great stay at Villa Miramar. The villa is spacious and very clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and garden areas are beautiful. Lots of space in the pool for 2 families. The beach and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and the old town part is maybe about 20 minute walk however a taxi is easy to get from the villa. The owners were also amazing with the extra information they give us about the area which really helped us when booking the villa. Overall had an amazing 10 days and would definitely go back.

What you see on the photos does not do it justice! The owners were quick, personable and really helpful in all their communications. Top drawer throughout. Definitely a place to return to!
Absolutely perfect!!
By Helen on 25-Oct-2025The Villa is absolutely outstanding, easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the beach where there are some lovely cafes/restaurants. Local taxis were very economical, just €8.50 to Nerja Town which is really nice. Merconda supermarket very close. The Villa is extensive as are the gardens, pool great size and lots of sunbeds, we used the outside dining area and BBQ which were great. The Villa was stocked with everything and the quality of furnishings/beds were probably the best we've ever encountered. I cannot fault this Villa in any way, we had the most amazing family holiday and would return in a heartbeat. Communication throughout with Cheryl was second to none!
Superb
By Veronica on 16-Aug-2025We were two families (4 teenage boys) that shared this fabulous villa. It had space for 2 cars which was such a relief as parking is limited in Nerja. We found it extremely spacious both inside and out. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was modern and very clean. The beds were really comfortable as was the furniture in the rest of the house. The balcony was amazing, the patio and bbq got used several times and the pool was a massive hit with all of us. The location couldn't be better, close to the beach with plenty to do and a scenic walk into the town with its many shops and plenty of food choices, the views from the villa and the town were so beautiful. A bonus finding that it was also walking distance to a supermarket. The owners are super friendly and very helpful, great communication. We can't recommend this villa enough, we loved everything about it and its superb location.

Amazing Villa

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is on two floors which was perfect as myself & husband had the downstairs & our daughter Son-in law & 9th old granddaughter had upstairs which has huge lounge for all of us to enjoy together. from the moment you open the door it is furnished beautifully throughout, the owners have thought of everything you could need. the views from the upstairs patio looking out to the sea are stunning. All the bedrooms rooms are very spacious modern huge wardrobes lots of hangers & hanging space, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very modern lovely. we did had a slight problem with the air conditioning as its on a timer due to the high cost of electricity which is understandable at the moment. The timer was out of sync so was not working as should. I contact Andy who had the matter fixed within half an hour which was excellent. Outside space is very spacious and very comfortable for sitting and al fresco dining pool fabulous. Location is great 10 minute's walk to the large Mercadona supermarket, 10 mins walk to Burriana Beach, shops & Bars and 15 minute's walk into Nerja Town. Cheryl & Andy were so friendly and communication with them was excellent nothing was too much trouble for them. I would 100% recommend staying if you looking for the perfec
