A villa that has clearly been cared for
By EDS on 26-Aug-2026We spent eight nights at Villa Cascadas, just the two of us, father and daughter, enjoying some quality time together before school started again. Although the villa sleeps six, it never felt too large or empty for two, so I would certainly not see it as a place only for bigger families or groups. What stood out most was the care that has clearly gone into the villa. It does not have the bare-minimum feel of some holiday rentals. The colors, pictures, flowers and plants give it warmth and character without being overdone, while proper crockery, decent kitchenware, books and other small touches make it feel like a home rather than simply a rental property. We later learned that the owners have spent some thirteen years bringing the villa to its present condition, and that was easy to believe. We also appreciated the practical attention to detail. Where something needed explaining, there were clear, unobtrusive instructions exactly where you needed them. The pool was not heated during our stay, but the water temperature was perfect for us, and the automatic cover at night helps retain the warmth. The putting green is a nice extra for golfers. The location is excellent. The airport is close, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Planes do pass overhead, especially in the morning and evening, but they did not disturb us at all. The villa is also very well placed for exploring Fuerteventura in every direction. What stayed with us most was the feeling that this is a villa people have genuinely cared for and improved over time. We had a lovely stay and would very happily return.

What a fantastic find!
By Hannah on 17-Feb-2026We have stayed in so many villas throughout Fuerteventura and this was by far the best! It is immaculately clean and modern but still feels homely. The attention to detail is great and the villa is in a peaceful setting. We were a family of five consisting of grandparents, parents and a teenager and there was plenty of room for all. The villa is close to everything but when you are there it is quiet and relaxing - you could be anywhere in the world! We are now looking at availability for the summer to come back again! Thank you to Norma and Gaby for making our stay so lovely. We cannot wait to come back!

Well-managed and clean property with brilliant views over the golf course and a mini course in the garden. Fantastic villa
By Andy Milne on 13-Jul-20245/5 Fantastic Villa We’ve hired villas all over the Canaries and this is the best we’ve found . Very high quality throughout and in lovely area. Both the owner and manager couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was good from start to end. Feels so open with the views over the golf course almost like it’s part of your garden. Easy walk to local shops or a taxi ride which always arrived within 5 mins of us calling. Overall a fantastic holiday and a great villa. Will definitely go back. Jun 2, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Lovely Right from booking the owner was in contact, her manager was in resort the same, painless arrival and all as described. We have stayed in numerous villas in the resort and this one was easily in the top one. Everything was available within the villa to make our stay as easy as possible, kitchen fully stacked with all you needed and a nice welcome awaited our arrival. Pool was quite deep for resort standards and lovely and warm. The outside area was stunning with electronic pool cover, swinging hammocks and lovely reclining sun beds. Will definitely look to book this again. Easy walk to Atlantic and 25 mins to resort. 5€ taxi home from resort and 20€ to and from airport. Just lovely
Beautiful and well equipped villa

The villa itself is very well equipped and beautifully styled.
