Description
Casa Rosina offers modern high specification with plenty of space to unwind and relax. The spacious terrace includes a table and chairs, brick built barbecue and reclining sun loungers. The interior is decorated to a high standard with modern high tech specification. The open plan living / dining room is equipped with a Samsung 55” smart tv, BIPTV box (with all English channels, Sky sports and movies plus hundreds of box sets and videos on demand). There is a Samsung sound bar and high speed wireless internet accessible throughout. The master bedroom boasts a super king size bed with doors leading to a balcony with sea views. There is also another large bedroom upstairs with doors leading to a balcony with mountain views. Both balconies have chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the views. There is a large bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks as well as an additional shower room and toilet on the ground floor adjacent to the third bedroom with king size bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need including dishwasher, microwave, blender and Krupps coffee machine.Casa Rosina is in a great location. Only a stones throw from the Golf course, 10-15 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and local bars and restaurants. The airport is only 15 minutes away.

Perfect place to relax and unwind
By Nath Giles on 25-May-2026Great property, well maintained and has everything you need to been in a home from home at a short time. As a family with older children this worked perfectly for us. Little touches like when we arrived being offered a lift to the supermarket to stock up, attentiveness to questions from both the onsite team and the owner. Great experience overall for us and I’d definitely recommend to others and if/when back on the island, would absolutely stay again.
Lovely accommodation and host
By Wendy Hopkins on 12-May-2026We have stayed in several properties around the golf course area of Caleta before but this was by far the cleanest we have experienced, it was spotless. The property is spacious, minimalistic, modern and comfortable. There was a welcome pack left for us when we arrived, which was handy especially if you hadn't already been shopping on your way to the property. There was also tea, coffee, sugar, various condiments, cleaning items and laundry liquids available for use to. We just replaced any item we used up. The addition of both a washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer/straighteners in both bathrooms were a bonus too. The beds were comfortable and so too is the sofa, where hubby often fell asleep!! As we are older we always hire a car but you can easily walk to the nearby beach and Atlantico shopping centre in 15-20 minutes and its about 20 minutes to the main Caleta commercial centre for more shops and restaurants. By car it takes less than 5 minutes to get to these destinations. The location is very quiet and the swimming pool is almost opposite, which is large and also has a kids pool. The only downside is that the rear bedroom overlooks, what I believe is known as, Chipmunk Hill, which is rather boring. The good thing though is you are not overlooked. The only thing I felt was missing were a few plants in the large patio area. The booking process was easy and Angela's communication, throughout the entire process was excellent. So to sum up, we had a very peaceful stay in a lovely, comfortable property and will have no hesitation to stay again in the future.

Fabulous 3 Bedroom villa with every amenity you could wish for.
By Martin on 07-Feb-2026We stayed in the property for 6 weeks, with my wife remote working for 5 weeks. The villa was ideal for this with excellent WIFI and the sun lounge / dining room provided a great office environment. The villa is very spacious with a good outdoor space for dining or soaking up the sun. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We used the communal swimming pool when we had relatives visit for a few days and although a the water was a bit chilly the children loved both the full size pool and the baby pool. Angela was very responsive to a slight problem we had with the TV package, once resolved I could watch every sports match you can imagine as well as other UK programmes. I would definitely recommend this property, and we have already booked a further two long-term stays.

Really one of the best experiences on Airbnb

Really one of the best experiences on Airbnb. A very quiet residential area, you need a car to get to the nearby amenities but the parking spot is guaranteed. Great rating also for hospitality and communication. Thanks, really top.
A fantastic spotless accommodation

Great communication from Angela throughout and extra time requested due to our flights home, easily negotiated and much appreciated. Steve met us on arrival (although we were delayed until 10pm) and departure as well as given full guarantee of contacting him if required in between. Local knowledge and recommendations given too. Welcome gifts fully appreciated... bread, margarine, juice, wine, beer, olives etc odd items in the freezer accessible as well as condiments, salt, pepper, some washing tablets etc The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed...a home from home! We took our older children 18 and 16 years and they especially loved the Wii games, my uni son spent a lot of time on this reliving his younger years much to our delight, we had our boy back..We all loved it! Everywhere was so perfectly clean. The extra fridge in the dining area very handy. Everything required in the kitchen and utility room. Plenty of room in the garden to sit, lay and relax. Pool directly opposite is clean and easy to access. Sun loungers around. Pool is cool but fine once in. We hired a car from the airport and felt this way beneficial to access the local areas as the accommodation is away from the centre. The Spar at the bottom of the complex was ideal for everyday shopping. Would highly recommend this property. Many thanks to Angela for allowing us the privilege of using her home :) Will most definitely be back.......
