Villa Casa Punta Elena is an ideal holiday home for 6 people, in a privileged position, first line from the sea front, which gives it privacy, and outstanding views across the bay to the harbour, Lobos and Lanzarote. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens. Along with the very flexible accommodation, spread over four floors, the beauty of having two balconies, one leading from the main bedroom and one from the 3rd bedroom, overlooking the crystal clear sea, and the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. With an 8m heated pool to 28 degrees, and ample space for sun loungers, and a barbecue area, along with an outside covered terrace, that has a dining area seating 6, leading from the main lounge, and overlooks the pool and sea.
You can walk to all amenities including the shopping centre of El Campanario, the centre of Corralejo and the harbour. Walking along the beach to the centre of Corralejo, there are various beaches and coves, along with bars and restaurants. A mere 5 minute drive takes you to the extensive sand dune beach called Grandes Playas.

We are two sister-in-laws, Helen and Alison who manage our villa which we have owned since 2015, either one of us will answer you.



Fuerteventura has an all year round warm temperature, a haven for sun loving people. Corralejo is a wonderful holiday resort with lots of water sports (Surfing, Paddle Boarding, Wing Foiling, Swimming, Snorkelling and Wind Surfing). There are many hire centres for all these sports. Great for children as lots of soft sand to play on,. Many beaches have sun loungers and umbrellas, bars and restaurants. Walking along the beaches in Corralejo is a must, watching the wildlife of birds in some areas, along with a wander around the harbour. Trips are available to Lobos Island, Lanzarote, and dolphin and whale watching. Jet skiing across the bay. Dune buggy expeditions is also available. The El Campanario centre have craft markets on a Sunday and Thursday mornings, with local artisan stalls. Also Hyperdino Supermarket for the essentials.
In the evening a visit to Music Square is a must, with bands playing every evening, and other bars and restaurants also have their own entertainments. Corralejo has many different restaurants, Spanish and Tapas, Italian, Pizza restaurants, English, Steak houses. The Spanish love a festival, and during the year, there are a lot, including carnivals and kite festival. Outside the resort, trips to El Cotillo on the north east coast and the old capital of Betancuria, and the statues of the ancient kings Guise and Ayose.

Ground Floor, Front door and entrance hall to lounge, bathroom and stairs to 1st floor. Lounge / dining room, with seating for 6, table and chairs and a television with a tv box, approximately 500 channels, WIFI, Small kitchen, with large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, full set of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils, coffee machines, Barbecue equipment. Bathroom with full size bath and shower over it, toilet and bidet. Door to outside patio with table and chairs and steps to the heated pool.

1st Floor, Main double bedroom with Super King memory foam bed,(sleeps 2) plus has room for a cot, wardrobe including full length mirror, and safe, chest of drawers with mirror on the wall, side tables. Ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. Patio doors to balcony with rattan style chairs and table. Views across the bay towards the harbour, Lobos and Lanzarote. Second bedroom,(sleeps 2) with Twin beds, 3ft (90cm) wide and 6ft, 6in long, memory foam beds. Large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a side table in the middle of the beds, mirror. This room overlooks the road, but as the villa has a front garden, it is not on the road. Separate shower room with shower, sink and toilet.

2nd Floor, 3rd bedroom (sleeps 2) with either twin 3ft (90cm) wide and 6ft 6in memory foam beds. These can be made up into a Super King bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Patio door to balcony with views across the bay to the harbour, Lobos and Lanzarote. Balcony has table and chairs.

Basement, stairs leading up to ground floor and a door outside to the side patio. Full size kitchen with full size cooker and overhead extractor fan. This also has some pots and pans and crockery, the small kitchen on the first floor has the majority of equipment. Large sofa and tv which does not have any connections to normal channels, but is useful for playing games etc. Small table and chairs, Iron and ironing board and cot, stair gate and high chair if needed are stored here. Bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink, plus a washing machine. Cupboard with selection of pool toys etc.




Outside area. Heated swimming pool, 8 metres kidney shaped with hand rail and steps, there is a gate to the pool from the balcony for safety. Sun loungers for 6 people, tables and chairs for 6 people on the balcony. Barbecue, Small table and lounge chairs near the front door towards the front garden. Parking for 1 car. Airer for drying clothes and towels. Shower near the pool.

Check in is from 4.00pm and check out 10.00am on day of departure. This is not set in stone, depending on flights and whether the villa is free. Please contact us nearer your holiday to discuss this.

From the airport
Follow the road's arrows out of the airport until you come to the main airport roundabout.

You're about to join the motorway - Follow the signs for Pto. del Rosario / Corralejo.

You're only on the motorway a couple of minutes
Turn right and filter onto the motorway.

Turn Right after the sign for Antigua, La Oliva, Corralejo

The ringroad circles inland bypassing Puerto del Rosario.

Follow the signs to La Oliva until you see the sign for Corralejo FV-1


You'll stay on this road for approx 22 kms, all the way to Corralejo, straight through the roundabouts and into into La Oliva, past County border sign on the right "Municipio de Oliva"

You'll soon be in the sand dune area - a national reserve. You will pass two large Riu hotels on the right.
Go straight across the two roundabouts and into Corralejo.
You will see a part-built complex on the corner on your right - at the next roundabout take the first exit and continue along to the next roundabout with the Police Station/Guardia Civil ahead of you.
Take the 2nd exit before the colourful statue, with the Campanario shopping centre ahead of you.

Continue along this road with the shopping centre on your left, just to the end of the white arches, where you will turn right into Calle Veril (with Neptuno bungalows on the corner).
At the end of this road, turn right onto Avenida Grandes Playas where you will see the block of 5 tall Villas on the left hand side. numbered 41, we are number 5, there is a number outside.
There is parking along the road on the right hand side.
From the town
If you find yourself travelling down the Main Street, look out for Burger King and then take the next to the right, into Avenida Grande Playas, which is stated on a sign.
This is the road to the Villa. Continue past the Barcelo Hotel on the right, and you will come to a row of 5 tall Villas on the left hand side, numbered 41, we are number 5, there is a number outside.

Many of the roads are one way in Corralejo, and you can only drive left from the Villa.
