A **€300 non-refundable deposit** secures your reservation, with the remaining balance payable **60 days before arrival**.

Fabulous Apartment
By Maureen on 04-May-2024We’ve just returned from 10 days here. This apartment is fabulous and the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Richard , the owner has thought carefully about what people would like in an apartment and made it a great and enjoyable place to stay . The beds are really comfortable, and the lounge and terrace are very pleasant places to chill. WiFi was good and English TV/ Netflix available if you wanted it. The filtered water system is great, saving the carrying of water bottles from the supermarket. Having beach towels there saved on the packing and all the adapters and USB ports are provided too. The rooftop pool is great and perfect for our disabled daughter, as it’s the same depth all over. Often we were the only ones up there! Puerto Mogan itself is beautiful , with lots of lovely restaurants . Filin 14 is only a few minutes walk from the supermarkets , shops, beach and bus station, so is in a great location ! Richard is a very good landlord who is on hand if there are any problems . Thank you Richard , we would love to return in the future.
Second time at Filin 14
By David Norton on 26-Nov-2024This was our second time at Filin 14 and we rebooked as we knew that the apartment has everything you are likely to need. It is only a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants in one direction and the commercial centre in the other. Even though it is on the main road in to the resort the double glazing means that it is very quiet. The balcony and rooftop pool get the sun most of the day and as the pool is only available to Filin residents it is usually very quiet. The owner Richard is available if there are any problems and he went over and above the call of duty for us as I carelessly reversed our hire car in to a pillar by the apartments parking place in the garage. Richard happened to be there and kindly buffed off the damage on the car ensuring no issues when it was returned at the end of the holiday! As an example of his attention to detail which is reflected in the whole apartment he is going to put high vis padding on the offending pillar so no one else is daft enough to do the same! I cannot recommend Filin 14 enough and we will be returning when we can.

Filin 14 is a great apartment

Everything you need for a home from home holiday, fully equipped kitchen, and a water filter, so no need to trail to shops for bottled water. Parking space in underground garage. Pool is great, and loads of space to sunbathe. Lovely terrace to sit out on. We had such a lovely holiday and will definitely be back. Richard is a great host, we’ve only ever been on package holidays, so trusting in your host is vital.
Fantastic Apartment
By Not provided on 12-Jan-2025Richard is really great to deal with and is always modernising this apartment. This was our 3rd visit and we have already booked again for November 2025. The location is great with supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and has a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s great having the washing machine. The lounge has ample seating and the TV has lots to view including UK channels. The rooftop pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers. Would highly recommend.
Great apartment, perfect area
By Mrs A Alexander, Morecambe on 12-Jan-2025First of all Richard the owner met us on arrival and went through everything we needed to know.The apartment is wonderfully located, 5 mins stroll from a supermarket, 10 minute stroll to town and Marina. The apartment is very spacious, clean, quiet and with added benefits like all U.K. channels, air fryer, electric sun awning. The balcony had lovely Grattan style very comfortable settee and chairs. I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.
