Description
This beautifully decorated apartment has lovely views to the sea and is very well equipped. There is a terrace that can be accessed either by the main bedroom or the lounge, is ideal for morning coffee or breakfast and also has a spacious lower patio for private sunbathing. The double bedroom has built in cupboards along with a very comfortable double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with built in cupboards. The Kitchen has micro wave/oven and the lounge is cosy with great sea viewsOne double bedroom and one bedroom with single beds.
Great location for surfing, kite surfing, walking and beaches.
In the village of Famara there are plenty of good restaurants which you can get to walking.

A 25 minute car ride from the airport, I will meet guests on arrival with the key and information about the property and area.
Price for 2 guests 95 euros per night, for each extra guest 20 euros per night plus a 85 euro cleaning fee.

Our stay at Vince Apartment was exceptional!
By Tub on 05-Mar-2026Our stay at Vince Apartment was exceptional! The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea/surf views from the living room and balcony. From beach towels and blankets to coffee makers and even smaller amenities like cotton pads, everything we needed was there. The apartment is centrally located, and everything (supermarket, restaurants, cafes) is within a 5-minute walk. Vince was very easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful! There was a problem with the hot water on the first night, and Vince fixed it immediately. He even helped us get a taxi to the airport on our last day and was also very flexible with checkout times. Overall, our experience was a solid 10/10, and I will definitely book this accommodation again next time I'm back. :)
