Description
Villa Juanita is a Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom Villa, set on two floors situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen. The shops/restaurants in the old town and harbour areas are about 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa, taxi fare to old town €3.00.This spacious property's main floor has a large lounge/dining room, with sofas, internet television, dining table & seating and well-equipped kitchen, master en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cinema room with another internet tv.
The Villa has a spacious games room with full size pool table and a dart board.
The outside terrace has a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and extensive shaded areas for al-fresco dining.
A welcome pack, consisting of a bottle of wine, bottle of water, carton of milk, tea & coffee and a packet of biscuits is provided free of charge.
Should guests require any additional items, please contact us and we will try to get whatever you need on arrival.

Brilliant place to stay
By Paddy Enfield on 06-Jun-2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Perfect Villa for a Special Celebration We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and this villa was the perfect place to mark such a special occasion. From start to finish, everything about our stay was excellent. The villa was spacious, well maintained, and the private pool was fantastic. Its location was ideal, with Puerto del Carmen just a short distance away (900 metres) with reliable taxi services always arriving on time. The property management team were outstanding throughout our stay, staying on top of any minor issues that arose and even ensuring that taxis were arranged for our departure so we arrived at the airport on time and stress free. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. If you’re planning a family holiday or celebrating a special milestone as we were, this villa is an excellent choice. A well-deserved 10 out of 10 from us. looking forward to returning in the future.
Fantastic Villa close to everything
By Ronan on 17-Jul-2025Family of 5, 17, 15 amd 13 really enjoyed 2 weeks in this tranquil villa. Located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of old town (12 mins). Villa itself is s very spacious with loads.of room for us. Pool was amazing with sunbeds and parasol, outdoor table amd chairs. Everything is in the Villa to have a wonderful stay. Towels, beach towels, kitchen equipped, tv room a/c etc. Master bedroom is huge with ensuite shower and toilet. Great communication with owner and management company. No issues whatsoever amd would highly recommend it. We will definitely return to it.
