VV License No: 35-3-0008553 CASA FAILTE in Puerto Del Carmen, is a unique villa, which offers you and your family both privacy and tranquility and is situated 2 minutes from Playa Grande beach, as well as 2 minutes from Shops, Restaurants and Bars on the strip. 10 minutes (8kms) drive or taxi ride from airport. There are no steep hills to climb for those who have challenges or are immobile. Construction work commenced Jan 8, 2024 and finished in March 2024. Villa now has wheelchair access ramps x 2, as well as a Private Heated Pool with 5 steps and Jacuzzi for 5 people. CASA FAILTE has many spacious rooms, which are all air conditioned (METERED) and are furnished to a high standard. Security safe is also included as well as a filtered drinking water tap. No carrying/purchasing or lugging of heavy drinking water bottles.CASA FAILTE (bungalow) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite and 1 main bathroom. There are 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There is one office which has a large screen, keyboard and HDMI cable, which can link to free Wi-Fi if you wish to work from home, whilst on vacation (Hybrid) plus 2 extra single mattresses to sleep 8 in total. Iron and ironing board are also available. Baby travel cot and high chair too. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob, microwave, blender and washing machine and much more. Smart TV also. There is a large terrace area with a seating and dining space beside Jacuzzi with early morning and afternoon sun. 2 outdoor showers
Private heated pool 1.4m deep, 4 x 5 meters wide with 5 steps into pool and is situated off dining area with large glass sliding doors, with sun from 11am to 5.30pm. Shower beside pool. Access to pool through dining area or kitchen. As well as a courtyard, which is off kitchen, which has a shower and clothes line. CASA FAILTE is the perfect location for couples and families looking for a fun filled relaxing holiday or work-away-from-home location. Alexa has been installed for all your favorite tunes. CHECKIN after 4pm. CHECKOUT 10am. Late stay may be possible if no bookings on either side, can be organized at time of booking with FEE QUOTED. 30% deposit required when booking, balance due 3 months before arrival. Cleaning surcharge applied if staying 10 nights or less. Security deposit of 400 euro or 400 stg required along with 70% balance due 3 months before arrival. Security Deposit will be returned 1 week after departure following inspection and no major breakages. Occupancy nightly rates are quoted for 4 four people, other rates can then be discussed depending on season and term. On street parking maybe possible.
N.B. Igic /Vat. 7% is included on amounts quoted for stay
NO SMOKING INDOORS, out at front patio allowed only
No Hens or Stag parties allowed
All children under age 12 must be supervised whilst at POOL at all times and wearing floating gear.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
30% Initial deposit is non refundable and is due at time of booking to secure reservation on simplyowners.net Passport details/copies required at this stage of booking.
70% which is the remainder, is due 90 Days' before arrival, and is non refundable once paid.
If cancellation occurs prior to payment of remaining 70%, the initial 30% is still non refundable.
NB: We suggest you take out travel insurance for instances that may occur. Also, have EHIC or old E11 insurance card for medical attention whilst in Lanzarote

Location, location, location!!!!
By Ashley Hannigan on 27-Jun-2026This villa is truly a home away from home. It's layout is perfect for families or even friends staying. Its two minutes walk from the main strip and the beach. And the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for a complete holiday stay. The owners are at the end of the phone for any queries you may have and are so receptive and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anymore for my holiday stay. It was amazing. Thanks Patricia for everything.

Exceptional Villa in an Unbeatable Location

The photos do not do the property justice, it is so spacious, and the three bedrooms are all well sized and feature own wardrobe and drawer spaces, and two of them having their own en-suite bathrooms is amazing. Everything that you could possibly require on your holiday is here from air conditioning, WiFi, private pool, fully equipped kitchen, bookcase, card games, iron and board, washing machine, even an umbrella and so much more. The property is fully accessible with a ramp and step free within which is an added bonus. Location wise, it is genuinely less than a minutes walk to the main strip of Avenida de las Playas with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach, yet despite being so close to everything, the noise is practically non-existent.

Martin and I work hard to ensure that it is home from home, as it is our home when we are there every few months to keep it that way. As we thought, the villa stay was brilliant again from start to finish. Location is so central and so close to the beach, bars, shops, restaurants etc. The villa itself has still got that lovely home from home feeling and has just about everything youll need for your stay. The recent additions/refurbishment/maintainence thats been done is also great and added even more to our stay. Once again having the pool, hot tub, disabled facilities were brilliant for us in particular. The host Patricia was again very professional and helpful from start to finish, always quick to respond to any queries and gives helpful tips too. It was a long 12 months waiting, but it was definitely worth the wait. Already thinking of next year's holiday 😊 would highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely Stunning

The villa was stocked with everything we needed including kitchen gadgets, bathroom essentials, and towels. The decorations in the villa are absolutely adorable. I found myself exploring the little hidden gems throughout my stay. The villa also features a vast range of books and board games to keep guests entertained. The location was my favourite part of the stay! The villa is located very centrally and less than a minutes walk from the beach! I could not recommend this villa enough! I will definitely be coming back here again!
