Whether it’s the sheltered BBQ area, the outdoor lounge or the sun loungers, spending time outdoors is a pleasure whatever the weather. The terrace, the pool and the garden are not overlooked and offer complete privacy

In the pool, which is electrically heated all year round – approx. 28°C – or in the jacuzzi – approx. 38°C – you’ll feel right at home whatever the season. Pool size: 7 meters long for swimming, 5 meters wide at its widest point.

Living/Dining Room:
This area has numerous large sliding patio doors giving the advantage of light and the feeling of outside/inside living with easy access to the pool and sun terrace.

The modern kitchen is not only fully equipped, but also has a water filter for drinking water. This means there is no need to carry heavy water containers or deal with plastic waste.

With 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of it ensuite, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The bedroom, which has a large en suite bathroom, has a door leading to the enclosed courtyard—an ideal place to park rental bikes.

The ramp provides step-free access to the house, or can be used to park a car. However, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

Ananda Home is a semidetached house in a very quiet and residential area so we do not allow parties that cause excessive noise. We prefer guests who are respectful of their surroundings and of our villa. To keep the CO2 footprint as low as possible, we have installed a photovoltaic system.

It’s a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 30-minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. A taxi rank and the bus station are a 5-minute walk away. Car hire is very affordable in Lanzarote, and there are also many attractions that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

Check in at 15h, check out 10h. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at no extra cost, subject to availability. Confirmation of this may sometimes only be given at very short notice.

Travel via Lanzarote Airport in Arrecife. From there, you can reach Playa Blanca by bus, hire car or taxi (30 km). Directions to Ananda Home will be sent to you upon booking.

Price Information and Additional Costs:
The rental price is based on up to 4 people sharing the villa, with a supplement charged for additional guests. The first child under the age of 2 years stays free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available for 25EUR per week, per item. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Cleaning services are provided with the villa fully prepared upon arrival and cleaned after departure. For stays of 10 to 14nights, mid-stay cleaning and a linen and towel change are included. All bath, hand, and pool/beach towels are provided for guests' convenience.

A minimum stay of 6 nights applies, but pricing inquiries for stays shorter than this can be accommodated upon request.

Payment terms:
50% payable at the time of booking
50% payable 45 days before departure
A damage deposit of €300 is payable 45 days before departure; this will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no damage has occurred.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 45 days before the start of the trip, and the deposit will be refunded. After that, a refund of 90 per cent of the travel costs will only be made if a new booking is received for the cancelled period.
