Description
Our Villa is situated on the quiet but convenient location of Parque Del Rey and provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa is fully equiped inside and the patio has a table & chairs, covered pergola ( for addition shade ) and a heated pool to allow you to make maximum use of the sunny weather that Lanzarote is known for. Outdoor lighting is provided for those that enjoy evening BBQs and just relaxing in the evenings over a glass of wine or what ever takes your fancy.Air conditioning is available to both bedrooms via coin box.
THE PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.
Please ensure that you take out adequate travel insurance to suit your needs before your holiday including cancelation cover.
Rates shown are for 2 adults.Extra guests over this number will be charged at £56.00. per person per week up to a maximum of 2 extra.
The pool is electricaly heated between November and April and the solar pool cover provides the warm water for the rest of the year

Clients are advised to take out travel insurance at time of booking.
Check in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am on day of departure.
A Deposit of 25% required at time of booking the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Failure to pay the balance of rental by the due date( 8 weeks before departure) will be taken as cancelation of the booking by the renter and the deposit will not be returned.
The indicated prices include an admin fee of £50.00 per booking.

Lovely villa

Lovely owners, great communication and an amazing villa. Bright and airy with lovely pool area. Air con in the bedrooms was an added bonus. Loved the cosy living room area and fab TV package for the odd night in. Highly recommend x

Beautiful & Peaceful Villa
By Vicky Thomas on 20-Jun-2026We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this gorgeous villa and I can’t find any fault with it at all! We’ve been to Playa Blanca every year for about 13 years now and this is one of the best we have stayed in. The location is quiet but near enough to town so that you can walk in and back, though a taxi ride is cheap enough and so this is what we did of an evening. The rooms are spacious and the added benefit of a covered area by the pool meant my husband didn’t have to go inside in order to get out of the sun. The washing machine was a blessing as we did our laundry whilst there and so had very little to do when we came home which is always a bonus! I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return!

By Jayne and Alex on 26-Apr-2026The villa was spotless and everything supplied.. the welcome pack was very welcoming!.. sadly the weather was not great but we made full use of the heated pool.. great quiet location with a good 20 minute walk into all the local amenities/ bars and restaurants.. great communication throughout with the owners……

Enjoyable stay at Casa Blanca

Enjoyed the pool & outside area. We enjoyed Playa Blanca & the island as usual , as we hired a car for our stay. Thanks again Keith & Ann .. we certainly hope to return next year
