Staying at Apartamento Céntrico, you’ll have the benefit of being in a great location for accessing all the delights that Playa Blanca’s town centre has to offer. All the local amenities you could wish for are within close proximity, including the seafront promenade. Playa Blanca has a great array of restaurants and bars to offer.
The apartment is accessed from “Avenida Canarias” and overlooks “Calle Limones”, the pedestrianised shopping street just up from the seafront, and the harbour.
It’s not just about the location, as this apartment has been furnished very comfortably and has a lovely balcony area for you to dine alfresco. The apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances, alongside a cosy lounge area with TV with all international channels.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.
There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge area.
A washing machine is at the apartment.

Fabulous stay

Bright apartment
By Sheila Barnett on 02-Jan-2024Instructions were clear on how to enter the premises and once inside it was lovely to find that the host had given us orange juice, water, milk, beer, bottle of white wine, bottle or red wine and crisps. Totally unexpected and a nice touch. The accommodation was spacious, bright and clean and a great location for shops, bars, food the seafront. We spent more time in the apartment than planned due to getting flu a couple of days before we moved to this accommodation. We probably wouldn’t have noticed this as much had we been well and out and about but the upstairs neighbour like to drag furniture across the floor and because it’s tiled floors it’s very loud and it was often . The only issue we had was no hot water which was only a problem when it came to having a shower. I contacted the host and someone came to check and it turned out the boiler had packed in but due to it being the Sunday and New Year’s Eve nothing could be done. We did receive a small refund.
Excellent location
