Villa Sol is a stunning newly refurbished villa nestled in the heart of the Vista Lobos development of Playa Blanca. Situated in an elevated position with sea views , this Villa has an abundance of indoor and outdoor space . It’s approximately 15 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo, shops and restaurants. There is a taxi rank at the gates of the development. Playa Blanca village is just a 20 minute walk.Built over 2 floors the Villa is spacious and welcoming with a huge living area and fabulous dining area over looking the pool with sea views.
With plenty of entertainment in the large outdoor hot tub , heated pool and putting green, the indoor pool table , large TV with satellite TV including Sky sport/movies and not forgetting all year round sunshine, you’ll never get bored.
Villa Sol has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you and your family may need, including cots and highchairs. Villa Sol is a home from home and much more.
Prices based on 4 guests plus £100 per extra person p/w including babies.
Peak season is as priced with no extra guest charges.

Lovely villa
By Margaret on 19-Jul-2026We're just back from from a 10 night stay at the villa. There were 9 of us all in.. My husband and I, and our children, partners and 2 grand children. Lovely spacious villa, plenty of room for everyone. And Sue was excellent from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely come back and stay there again.

By Margaret Lang on 19-Jul-2026From booking the villa through Simply owners and the help from Sue has been fab. We had to change our dates and Sue was very understanding of this. We have stayed in a few villas in Playa Blanca and the communication and support from Sue was Amazing. We were a family of 9 staying in the Villa. 6 adults 0ne teenager and 2 small children aged 3 and 1 year old and there was plenty to do for all. The villa was so spacious and had everything we needed and the gates to the pool were great for our 3 year old grand daughter. It is a walk to the center but plenty of shops near by and Jardine del sol has lovely food and just a short walk from villa. My husband and I do like to walk so the walk didn't bother us at all. We would stay at villa sol again. memories made and our grand daughter had her 1st birthday celebrated at the villa :-)

As first-time users of Simply Owners, we were really impressed with how easy the booking process was and how everything ran so efficiently from start to finish. When we arrived in Lanzarote, the villa manager was there to greet us, which was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome straight away. The villa itself was stunning — beautifully decorated, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of space to unwind, and my teenage children especially loved the pool table and, of course, the hot tub. Getting into Playa Blanca from the villa was easy, with taxis readily available and very affordable if you didn’t feel like walking. A special thank you to Sue for being so communicative and helpful in the lead-up to our stay — it really made everything feel easy and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this villa. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a well-deserved escape and a chance to truly relax away from busy everyday life.

By Dave Jackson on 09-May-2025Lovely villa in a good location, exceeded our expectations, everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. Great pool and hot tub. Owners were easy to deal with when booking and on site support was excellent. About a 20 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca with all its bars and restaurants. Taxis only around €5, so not expensive. This is an ideal villa for a large family get together in a lovely resort.
Excellent Villa in a good holiday location

Firstly our first full family holiday for a few years (eldest now in 20s) which also included boyfriends, and we had never booked a villa via this site. We needed have worried. On initial enquiry Sue is very helpful and on arrival Daniel was on hand to welcome and support. The villa is lovely. Needs a few touch ups but all very minor. Wi-Fi decent. Pool good size and pretty warm. Hot tub also nice. The bedrooms all comfy and decent sizes. Villa was v clean on arrival. Kitchen well equipped. Overall really good.
Fantastic Villa
By Shaun on 31-Jan-2025This villa was perfect for a group of 6 males who wanted a base in Lanzarote and this had everything we wanted and more - heated pool, hot tub, pool table, sky sports, even a putting green. We had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend.
