Magnificent semi-detached villa, brand new to the vacation rental market. Spread over two floors with private pool, located in Playa Blanca, one of the most popular tourist areas of the island of Lanzarote due to its privileged location.The Villa has 2 Bedrooms; one with a double bed with en suite bathroom and one with twin beds, a family bathroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Both bathrooms have Amazon shower heads installed
From the living/dining room with large doors/ windows you access the terrace with the pool/ sun area and gardens, where you can enjoy the sun and the pleasant temperatures that Lanzarote has throughout the year.
The Villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen all appliances, and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
Inside the villa it is comfortably furnished with everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday
Including large LED Television is also a smart tv which is ideal for streaming services and has all UK programmes including sports and films and other foreign channels for the European holiday client.
WIFI is fibre optic also included in the villa so if needed you can comfortably stay in contact with social media or work if you have too!
There is an upstairs roof terrace with mountain views where you can sit and relax whilst reading a book or enjoying a peaceful beverage.
The pool outside is for your enjoyment where you can sunbathe and cool off after sitting in the hot sun.
Solar pool heating in the summer months Pool heating is included in the price from the 1st November till the 30th May
If you wish to have the electric heating on outside of these months as listed above the a further 175.00 Euros will be charged, please ask when reserving the villa
There is also a BBQ for you to cook on
The villa has its own parking space.
The Villa is in a private gated community complex based on Calle Azalea, very close to the Shopping Centre and the Puerto Marina Rubicon.
There is a registration fee of 95.00 euros per reservation

Lovely pool
By Carl on 09-Aug-2026Loved our recent stay at Villa Suena, nicely decorated with everything we needed on our 1 week stay, the kids loved having their own private pool, which was cleaned twice during our stay, they lived in it for nearly the whole week, hope we get to come back again at some point

By Sally G on 10-Jul-2026Great little villa on a new complex, well equipped and set at a good price too, it's a 20 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon but taxis' are easy and cheap so that was a good option for us when we didn't feel like the walk
