Description
Welcome to Villa AnissaVilla Anissa is a luxury 3/4-bedroom, four-bathroom villa in Playa Blanca. Beautiful, bright and spacious, it combines high-quality furnishings and thoughtful comforts with the welcoming feel of a much-loved holiday home.
With a private electrically heated pool that enjoys sunshine all day, generous sheltered terraces and plenty of space indoors, it is a lovely setting for couples, families and friends to relax and enjoy time together.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests, with two king-size bedrooms, a family bedroom and a separate second lounge with a high-quality sofa bed that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Each sleeping room has its own bathroom: three are en suite, and the fourth has a separate bathroom.
Pool heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi with an extensive international TV package with all sports and movies are all included in your stay.
Sunshine, privacy and outdoor living
The wonderfully private outdoor space is one of our favourite things about Villa Anissa. The pool and sunbathing terrace are not overlooked, so you can swim, sunbathe and unwind in privacy. Spacious and south-facing, with sunshine on the pool all day, the terraces are sheltered by the villa’s position and layout, creating a peaceful setting for long, relaxed days outside.
New sun loungers and several outdoor seating areas give everyone a choice of places to settle in, read a book or enjoy a drink by the water. An outdoor shower is conveniently positioned for use before and after swimming.
The spacious upper terrace has a stylish glass surround, giving an uninterrupted view of the whole pool below. A large covered area provides welcome shade, with a dining table comfortably seating ten — a lovely setting for leisurely breakfasts, lunches overlooking the water and relaxed evenings together. Steps lead down to the pool terrace below.
An outdoor kitchen with a sink and stone-built barbecue makes dining outside easy.
Enjoy views towards Montaña Roja and the surrounding mountains, while the lovely garden, with its palms and colourful Lanzarote plants, provides a peaceful backdrop.
There is plenty to enjoy between swims, with a pool table, table football, a trampoline and football goals. The separate lower terrace provides further space for games and relaxing.
The pool terrace has a white non-slip finish, with non-slip ceramic flooring on the upper and lower terraces.
A lovely warm pool
If, like us, you love a warm pool, you will appreciate the electric heating. The pool can reach around 31°C, and a warmer setting can be arranged on request, depending on weather conditions.
The private pool is electrically heated from November to March, with solar heating during the summer months. Pool heating is included in your stay, with no additional heating charge.
Space to make yourself at home
Upstairs, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen adjoins a comfortable living area with sofas and a 55-inch smart TV. Patio doors open onto the large covered dining terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals inside or out.
A second spacious lounge has comfortable sofas, a 65-inch smart TV and patio doors giving access to the pool terrace via a short set of steps.
Enjoy an extensive choice of international TV channels, all sports, movies and on-demand entertainment, with everything included in your stay. Follow your favourite team, catch up on programmes from home or settle down for a family film night.
When the second lounge is not being used as a bedroom, the two separate living areas give adults and children space to enjoy different programmes and activities.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
A comfortable night’s sleep is an important part of your holiday. The beds have luxurious pocket-sprung mattresses and lovely 100% cotton bed linen. High-quality bathroom towels and pool towels are also provided.
The upper-floor king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and patio doors opening onto the upper terrace.
The spacious downstairs king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a sofa and patio doors leading onto the lower terrace.
The family bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, each with a double bed below and a single bed above — two doubles and two singles in total. It also has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the lower terrace.
The separate second lounge has a high-quality sofa bed, allowing it to serve as a comfortable fourth bedroom when required. Guests using this room have their own separate bathroom, as the other three bedrooms each have an en suite.
There are four bathrooms in total, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Maximum occupancy across the villa is ten guests.
A washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer are available on the lower terrace.
Enjoying Playa Blanca
Villa Anissa is on a quiet one-way street. The beach, bars, restaurants and Playa Blanca centre are approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the villa, with much of the route through nearby Atlantic Park, away from traffic.
Free football, basketball and tennis courts are approximately ten minutes’ walk from the villa. The water park, Lidl and other shops are also within walking distance.
Parking on the villas private driveway if you choose to hire a car and explore more of Lanzarote.
A note about the layout
The villa and outdoor terraces are arranged over different levels, connected by internal stairs and outdoor steps. Please bear this in mind when booking for guests with limited mobility or young children.

Weekly stays start from £1,250 for two guests on selected dates, including pool heating and air conditioning. Prices vary according to dates and party size.

Villa was great!
By Leigh on 22-Jun-2026Family of 6 stayed in the villa and couldnt have been happier. Villa had everything we needed, very well equipped and in a great location. The Outdoor and Patio area is great and huge. There was even a pool table outside which was a nice surprise as I didnt see it in the pictures. Ben the Owner and Suzanne the Property Manager were brilliant and very accommodating with any requests. If I was to give any constructive feedback it would be that the Loungers and Cusions by the pool have seen better days and could be upgraded but a very small thing in the grand scheme of things. Would highly recommend Villa Anissa.

Our second stay at Fantastic Villa Anissa

Everything was as we remembered., starting with the simple, stress free booking process with Ben (the owner) ,despite another very last minute booking. We arrived to a well prepared & spotlessly clean Villa with some essentials provided & the welcome gift of a bottle of wine, arranged by Suzanne (the property manager,in resort) who responds very quickly to any questions you might have..The Villa feels very much like a home from home with everything you could need for a totally chilled & relaxing stay, so much so that we didn't want to leave & contacted Ben to extend our stay for an extra week, which he was happy to arrange for us..We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times & this is a great location with a short walk down to bars & restaurants or coastal walks. There is also the welcome addition of a new Lidl supermarket within walking distance or a 5min drive away to stock up on groceries & essentials.. We enjoyed another fabulous ,relaxing stay at Villa Anissa & I am sure we will be booking again soon..
5 Stars - A Fantastic Stay at Villa Anissa
By Tamzin - UK on 27-Jun-2025We recently stayed at Villa Anissa in Playa Blanca and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very start, Ben (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, especially as it was our first time booking directly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The villa itself is beautiful. Really well kept, spotlessly clean, and extremely spacious. We're a family of three, and although the villa sleeps ten, we really enjoyed having the extra room to relax. The pool area is gorgeous and where we spent the majority of our time. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning throughout the villa was superb. The kitchen is a great size, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed. All the bathrooms were lovely, clean - with plenty of space and good water pressure. It was a lovely touch to arrive to some essentials already in place...very much appreciated after travelling. Suzanne, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. This was our fourth time in Playa Blanca, so we know our way around, and the location of the villa is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the fantastic bars and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the villa itself too, as it was such a great place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would absolutely recommend Villa Anissa to anyone visiting Lanzarote. We'll definitely be back!
Stunning Villa
By Richard on 13-Apr-2025We were a family of six (3 generations) and had a great stay at Villa Anissa. The villa was modern, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The TV's had all the football channels available and games. The grandchildren were never bored with pool, trampoline, football goal and table football. The location was good with a 20 minute walk through the park to the seafront. The new Lidl supermarket was a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and hope to return soon.
A beautifully modern villa
By Claire Pateman on 13-Apr-2025We had a wonderful family visit to Villa Anissa. 4 adults and 2 children & plenty of room to spare, so much that we are hoping to return as a group of 10. With 4 bathrooms and a huge pool area we had a very comfortable stay. The villa was fresh and modern and beautifully clean. Bedrooms bright and airy with air con and comfortable beds. Communication with Ben (owner) and Suzanne (property manager in Lanzarote) was really quick and helpful. We were able to cook a wide range of meals in the well-appointed kitchen but also enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the sea front for cocktails and plenty of restaurant choices. We would love to return to Villa Anissa - what a treat!
Lovely, relaxing stay

We felt very spoiled each having our own separate bathroom and shower facilities and the whole ambiance of the place exuded quality. The entire outside area was lovely, breathtaking in fact, and the pool was warm, clean and so, so inviting. I was able to build a good rapport with Ben, the owner and the lady on site Suzanne and communication before and during was very reassuring. We hope to return if not this year, certainly next. 10/10
