Description
Casa Olivo, a superb new addition to our rental selection and our first “Adults-Only” offering. Casa Olivo is located within a 15-minute walk from the main town and a 25 minute walk from the Marina Rubicon, so car hire is not essential. The villa is surrounded by high walls affording privacy and security during your stay.The interior is spacious, exceptionally clean, and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. The villa is alarmed, which is operated by a simple to use fob. It also benefits from all around external lighting. Coin Box Air Conditioning available if required.
There is a large, covered patio area with dining and seating leading down to the pool area. Casa Olivo has beautiful, landscaped gardens surrounded by high walls and a superb heated 8m x 4m pool with steps and handrail located at the shallow end. Quality sun loungers, gas BBQ and a covered dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior.

By Alun, Anna & family on 05-Jan-2023What can I say.... What an amazing Villa this was. Highly recommended!! Best we've had yet. Very private, very modern and superb layout. Outdoor area utilised very well, and the pool was spot on. A flat relaxing walk of around 25 minutes down to the sea front. Taxis were very easy to book. This is our second stay now at the La Nueva Villa Collection and we will certainly be returning soon. Thanks again Terry

The Swimming Pool was brilliant, Bed linen, towels and Pool cleaned halfway through a 10 day stay Location was nice and peaceful, perfect for a nice stroll down to the Marina, Old Town, Aldi and all the bars and restaurants We took the option for airport transfers recommended by Terry, such a great guy, informative and waited whilst we done a small shop for essentials Would highly recommend and have enquired for next year already

By Helen and David Crossland on 12-Jun-2025Casa Olivo is the best villa we’ve stayed at in Playa Blanca. It has all the comforts of home and is excellently managed by Terry. The villa interior is fresh, modern and very clean with no sign of any wear & tear. This is probably due to this villa being adults only. We think it’s perfect for mature Couples like us. The villa is complimented by a beautiful outdoor garden and the whole villa including the private driveway is secure behind a high walled perimeter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Having a large pool and private outside space, perfect for cooler evenings. The villa is spacious inside and out, and the location is excellent, about a 20-minute walk to the main restaurant area.

It's a short walk to the beach, town, and marina - though taxis are very affordable. We’ll be back again next year. This is the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed in!
Definitely not luxury
By Linda & Kevin on 30-Aug-2025Myself and my husband have just spent a week at this ‘luxury’ villa. We struggled to find anything luxury about it at all . The shower tray in en-suite was filthy round the edge. Shower mat stained. Water from shower spills out onto bathroom floor. Filthy and poor quality towels that had to be washed before use. Half used poor quality hand soap ,not like in photos. Toilet drawer in bathroom ripped. Toilet roll holder broken and in drawer. Top of shower in bathroom come away from ceiling. Missing ceiling tiles. Base of dining table cracked. None of the internal doors close. No bin bags provided. The inside of the villa is nothing like the photos eg. luxury towels

Thank you for your review. We take all concerns seriously and are sorry to read such negative feedback. What we don’t understand is why you didn’t contact us during your stay. Throughout the week we visited the villa on three separate days and cleaned the pool on the Friday, but each time you were out. All of the issues you mention could have been resolved on the day of your arrival if we had been informed. It’s important that we are notified of any problems as they arise, which is why our terms and conditions ask guests to report any issues within 36 hours of arrival. It’s true that, the week before your stay, there had been a serious water leak in the main bathroom, which likely caused the swollen doors and the cracks in the paint at the base of the table. As with your other concerns, we would have addressed this immediately had we known. If you ever find yourself in this scenario again please always call the villa management company immediately. It would save you both time and distress. We are here to do our best to ensure guests are happy and satisfied when given the chance. We are just sorry that you both had a bad experience and apologise for the issues you experienced.
