The house is a beautiful modern duplex.
The upper floor consists of master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning and balcony with great views. They also find the second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom ensuite.
On the ground floor is the third bedroom with a single bed and an adjacent full bathroom. In addition the house offers a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.
The spacious outdoor terrace has a dining room sheltered from the wind with direct access to the kitchen, portable barbecue, garden areas and a large sunny area with chill out area, sun loungers, parasol and heated pool.
The villa is located in a strategic area: away from the main road but at the same time two steps from a supermarket, taxi and bus stop, a playground, an outdoor sports area with court and the promenade.
A 10-minute drive from the beaches of Papagayo, the best on the island!

By Alex on 13-Nov-2025Lovely quiet location in a great spacious holiday home. Pool was lovely and warm. It was a 5 -10 minute walk to a supermarket, bus stop or the sea. Elena, the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Great location lovely villa
By Hibbert on 04-Apr-2026Casa del Sol was excellent value for money. Plenty of room in upstairs bedrooms and en-suites. Only 20 mins walk to Marina Rubicón and good access to bus stop into town. Quiet location felt very safe. Communication with Elena was excellent and she replied instantly to any queries we had .
Lovely stay for family of 5 at Casa del Sol
By Fiona on 15-Apr-2026We had a lovely stay at Casa del Sol with our 3 kids aged 5-9. Great location on a quiet and picturesque street only 3 minute walk to the sea and the lovely flat coastal path. Kids loved the heated pool - perfect at this time of year! Nice modern and spacious apartment that is well set up. Marina only a 15 minute walk away and has great restaurants and shops. Great supermarket and lovely Indian restaurant within a 3 minute walk. Elena was a responsive and warm host.

By Karin on 31-Dec-2024Mycket trevligt boende, rent och fräscht. Här trivdes vi riktigt bra! Hamnen med flertalet restauranger låg inom 10-15 minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden. En mycket trevlig promenad! Det vi saknade var eftermiddagssolen, efter 16-16:30 - tiden fanns ingen sol kvar på uteplatsen.
