This charming detached villa is an ideal choice for a relaxing sunny escape for couples and small groups.Casa Lauremar is located within a secure complex, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Faro Park in Playa Blanca. The oceanfront promenade is also only a 10-minute stroll away. This promenade stretches the entire length of the resort, covering nearly 7km. Inside, the villa has been recently renovated and features 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a private bathroom. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi and a full Sky TV package.
The villa is presented to the high Optima Villas 5-star standard, though it is managed and prepared for your arrival by the owners*.
A welcome grocery pack and pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Outside, the villa boasts a large sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool (dimensions: 7.00m x 3.50m, depth 1.30m to 1.40m) along with beautiful surrounding gardens. There is also a covered outdoor dining and barbecue area.

Nice but a bit tired
By Julie on 13-Jun-2026Very homely villa. A little tired in places, kitchen cupboards chipped, pool cover filthy, lounger covers tired and worn, bathrooms clean but could do with being updated. They keys could do with being labelled or put in the book what each one is for. We arrived late and no welcome pack left so we had to search for pedestrian gate key to get water and milk. Pedestrian shortcut gate could also be marked out so easier to find especially in the dark. No aircon so very warm in bedrooms. Pool towels not left but Optima villas came next day with them and a welcome pack. Great location and lots of outdoor furniture to sit on. With a few things updated could be an even better villa.
The perfect place
By Ana on 30-Aug-2024Villa Lauremar is the perfect place for a family with children. We went with a car, and in 10 minutes you are in Playa Blanca which has all the services. The development was super quiet. The house was beautiful and the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition to having everything in the kitchen, washing machine, iron, etc. we were left several sets of towels even for the pool. The fantastic garden with several sofas and lounge chairs. Optima Villas has an email for any questions or issues and they respond quickly. We would definitely go back delighted.
