Very spacious - Ideal for 2 families or a group of friends - 2 large outside areas, - BBQ, Hot Tub, Heated Pool, Pool Table, Table Tennis. Perfect for one or two families so ideal to share costs and large enough not to be on top of each other.There are beautiful views of mountains to the rear of the villa. The private garden with its high walls has an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool. A BBQ and plenty of sun beds, relax in this garden or take a dip in the pool.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; newly furnished with lovely comfy seating in the lounge and in the garden, relax and listen to music or enjoy great conversation with friends. This villa is very well equipped with modern conveniences including fast Starlink internet/Wi-Fi, a smart TV in the lounge with satellite installed so you can watch British TV and sky including sports and movies. A stereo player and a vast selection of cd's. Video Library is Netflix on both TV's.
Close enough for all amenities , 7 min walk to the new Aldi, 15/20 min walk to the Dorada beach, bars and restaurants. Cabs are plenty and only 4 euros per cab each way.

Our best holiday!

This home had everything we could have wanted and more... comfy beds, sunshine all day when by the beautiful heated pool, fun for the entire family with pool, hot tub, ping-pong and pool tables... ample supply of books, movies and music and even a karaoke machine! It is in a lovely quiet residential area which is only a short drive from shops, restaurants and the outstanding Flamingo beach... we didn't want to leave and will certainly be back!!
The villa was amazing

It had everything you could possibly want, nice quiet location, close enough to the marina that you could walk to in approximately 20mins The villa itself had a lovely private pool with plenty of sunbathing areas, pool table and table tennis. The villa kitchen is well equipped. A wonderful hot tub (which got plenty of use) Air con was in every bedroom We had a wonderful week here and will definitely return! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Kathy on one of our evenings and a brilliant time We have been visiting the island for many years now and have stayed in lots of lovely villas and VILLA LOTTIE was up there with the best!! Thank you so much for letting us share your home Can’t wait to return next year!
Absolutely perfect villa and location.
By Kelly on 18-Jan-2026Absolutely perfect villa and location. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. Great size rooms and swimming pool. The pool is great for little ones as it has gradual steps inside the pool and a small divider wall with depth of about 3ft approx. I could touch the bottom and I am about 5ft 4inches. Fantastic views of the mountain. All very clean and well maintained. Kathy emailed me during the week to make sure everything was ok. Ample room out the front of you wanted to hire a car. The villa is about a 20 minute walk to the sea front, literally turn left out of the cul-de-sac and go straight on, you can’t go wrong. You will also pass a supermarket just before the seafront. We generally walked there and back, a couple of times we got a taxi which cost just under €4!! A definite recommendation. We have booked again for next year!
Everything was perfect
By Deborah on 18-Apr-2026Everything was perfect. From the owner Kathy, to the accommodation and the location. Kathy was easy to communicate with and very prompt in her responses. She also went out of her way to ensure that any extra requests were met. The villa was more than expected with the pictures not even doing the place justice. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped and close to everything. The heated pool and the hot tub are just the cherry on the cake. And finally the location is just lovely. With a south facing garden you get the sun all day and it’s a leisurely 20 minutes walk down to the beach strip with all the lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and it will definitely be my go to whenever I want to come back to Playa Blanca
A great holiday

The villa was absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor area was a real highlight, with plenty of space to unwind, enjoy the sunshine, and make special family memories. The location was perfect too: peaceful and private, yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and local amenities. What truly made our stay exceptional was our fabulous host, Kathy, From the moment we booked, she was friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Kathy’s thoughtful touches and genuine care made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than holidaymakers in a rental villa. We had such a lovely time and created memories that we’ll treasure for years to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Lottie to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Playa Blanca, and we very much hope to return in the future.
Stunning villa with amazing outdoor areas.
By Katie on 28-Mar-2026Our 2nd visit to playa blanca but our first time in a villa. I wouldn't do it any other way now. Stunning villa with amazing outdoor areas. Large pool which the kids loved and the hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening. Spacious bedrooms and large living area.. fantastic for larger groups such as ours. We travelled as a group of 10 including 3 young kids. The owner Kathy was very informative on the build up to the holiday with sending over an information pack before we went with everything we needed to know. When we were on holiday and if we had any questions etc then Kathy was always very quick to respond and couldn't have been more helpful really. A fantastic holiday and we hope to return soon.
