Casa LucindaA modern private villa,situated on the exclusive residential area of Parque Del Rey,which is popular for it's privacy and great location.The villa has it's own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a south facing ,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm,relaxing evenings.

Great Location For Rest and Relaxation
By Angela Alderdice on 18-Aug-2026We both enjoyed our time using a private villa.It was a great location for rest and relaxation.We had a great holiday and enjoyed walking 20 minutes each day to main seafront area.It was lovely.
Excellent Villa
By Diane Robertson on 15-Jul-2026We had a fantastic stay for 2 weeks in Casa Lucinda .It was a perfect size just for the two of us and was equipped with everything we needed.The pool was a good size and a god send in the July heat.The villa is very private and in a lovely peaceful area.The walk down into the town took about 20 minutes which was a lovely stroll.We had arranged for a shopping delivery to the villa through a local company so we had all the heavy items delivered such as water etc.This saved carrying it from the supermarket.We appreciated the ice cold bottle of cava in the fridge for our arrival,and the coffee,milk,and water.We also liked the fact that the villa had an alarm system,so we felt very safe.Excellent villa and everything as advertised.

Thankyou for allowing us to stay.We loved every moment.

Perfect for us as a couple looking for a relaxing break..Quiet location but easy access to the centre of Playa Blanca.Excellent WI-Fi.Wide range of programmes/UK channels on the tv.Excellent communication with the owner.We have already booked to return!

By Richard Barter on 25-Mar-2026Great Villa about 15 mins walk from shops,restaurants and nearby beaches.Villa had everything needed.Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,toaster,kettle etc.TV with UK channels incl movies and sport.Fast WIFI.Comfortable bed.Good shower.Highlight was private outside garden and heated pool which was cleaned twice during my stay.Good communication from host before and during stay to check everything was ok.
