Villa Sunrise is a bright and welcoming 3-bedroom villa located in Playa Blanca, offering comfortable accommodation and excellent outdoor space for up to 6 guests. With an open-plan living area, private pool and a stunning roof terrace with sea views, this villa is ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote.
Located close to the popular Faro Park strip of shops, bars and restaurants, you have everything you need nearby to complete your stay. Faro Park has an array of amenities. You also benefit from being close to the seafront coastal path for blissful walks by the Atlantic Ocean.
Outside the villa includes a large private swimming pool, approximately 7m x 3m which is ideal for the swimmers amongst the family! The pool is heated all year round, included in the price. The terrace is vast with plenty of dining space and a BBQ for those evenings dining alfresco.
Inside the villa features an open-plan lounge (with leather furniture), dining and kitchen area, creating a spacious and sociable environment for guests to unwind. The interiors are designed for comfort and practicality, making it easy to enjoy both indoor living and outdoor relaxation. All bedrooms are double beds and box spring. One of the bathrooms is a walk-in shower and the other is a shower over bath.A standout feature of Villa Sunrise is the roof terrace, complete with a daybed and sea views – the perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset.

This villa was everything we required
By Mark Draper on 12-Jun-2026What’s villa beds so comfy amenities spot on Pool fantastic we really enjoyed the space and location which quite Except unfortunately it is positioned near a squatters camp We had a few issues with the locals holding there hands out for money And some days and nights when we where enjoying leisurely chill out days we had the odd shouts and yell towards us Unfortunately this as a great villa it was a shame my wife and daughter were some times felt uncomfortable My one. Point of view would be to raise the wall up a few feet I understand the sea view which is wonderful But having that slight height you would not see and they would not know your there But again can’t say enough positive about the villa Definitely would book again Sorry for the negative remarks but had to be said 9/10
