This villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1st bedroom is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. (this is where the kitchen, separate bathroom, dining room and lounge is).
The 2nd bedroom is on the top floor, this has an ensuite and balcony.
The pool is 8m X 4m, there is also a Hot Tub, Table Tennis and BBQ. The pool area is gated. The pool has walk in steps and a shallow end, ideal for non swimmers and young children. The kitchen terrace and the garden are south facing. There is plenty of shade.
The villa is very well equipped to a high standard with modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite installed so you can watch British TV and Sky including sports and movies. A stereo player incorporates an iPod player. The fully fitted kitchen is open plan in design, but If you're too chilled to cook, there are several restaurants that offer a home delivery service.
Should you hire a car there is private off road parking available free of charge or airport transfers can be arranged.
