This beautifully-presented, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private heated pool (heated during the winter months) comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Villa Vicini is the neighbour to Villa Elysium and Villa Quintus.
Situated in the peaceful residential area of Montaña Roja, the villa is just a few minutes’ drive or approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. For everyday essentials, there is a convenient local store just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, while a larger Lidl supermarket is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
Villa Vicini has a bright, contemporary feel throughout and enjoys fabulous sea views towards Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from its first-floor balcony terrace.
The accommodation is well suited to families, with bedrooms conveniently arranged across both floors. Downstairs, there is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, providing convenient ground-floor accommodation. Upstairs, you’ll find the master double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, which share a family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from having the balcony terrace. There are ceioling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge.
Outside is where Villa Vicini really comes into its own. A large sun terrace surrounds the inviting private swimming pool, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and make the most of Lanzarote’s wonderful climate. For a little friendly competition, there is also a pool table on the terrace, perfect for some family fun in the sun.
The covered seating area and BBQ provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining, whether it’s a leisurely lunch by the pool or an evening meal together as the sun goes down.
With its spacious accommodation, private pool, generous outdoor areas and convenient location close to Playa Blanca, Villa Vicini is a fantastic family villa – and when booked alongside neighbouring Villa Quintus, it’s an excellent choice for larger groups holidaying together.

Villa perfect for our needs
By Richard Dunseith on 20-Apr-2025Just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Viscini with our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children 15 and 6, we found the villa perfect for our needs, plenty of space for us all, the kitchen had everything we could need, bathrooms were clean and tidy actually the whole pace was spotless. Outside pool area was great, with a great bbq and pool table was an added bonus, roughly a 15-20 min walk into playa blanca town or a few minutes by taxi, taxi prices around 4euro to playa blanca and 5.50 to marina rubicon, this was our 4th time to playa blanca and we’ve previously stayed in hotels but will be returning to this villa in future stays as it gives that flexibility and extra space that we want. Nathan is a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Already checking our holiday availability for next year to book again.

The best place we've stayed in Lanzarote

The place is spotless well equipped and homely. Beds are extremely comfortable. Pillows too not the usual thin type! Spacious through out our family of five stayed comfortably. Staff who attended regularly for the upkeep where friendly and looked after the villa thoroughly. The outside area is the best the pool is amazing and huge. Didn't pay for the heating but it wasn't needed. The area the villa is in is very safe and clean. Absolutely gutted when we left. Looking to book back again for next June. With a newborn this time! The only niggle and it's very small was the welcome pack wasn't great. But who cares when the villa is that good!
