Description
Casa Montaña Roja is on a quiet development that is perfect for couples and friends to share. Casa Montana Roja is mainly an adults only villa but we are happy to allow one child over 12 years of age. The villa provides the privacy and freedom that is not often obtained from the usual busy complexes and is just a short stroll from the Atlantic Ocean. There are several restaurants, bars and shops close by. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, is very well equipped and is meticulously maintained by the owners.Casa Montaña Roja boasts three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and has a king-size bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and private sun terrace. The second bedroom also has king-size bed and is air conditioned. The third bedroom has twin beds and is also air conditioned. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The electrically heated pool is set in a large sun terrace within private, walled and well stocked mature gardens.
Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that has retained its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, it was once a small fishing village. It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque promenade lined with international restaurants.

Prices shown are for 2 people sharing. Please add £100 per week per additional person up to a maximum total of 6 occupants. Children over 12 years welcome.

Lovely stay at gorgeous villa
By Steve Morrell on 21-Aug-2026The villa was absolutely amazing, a home from home with everything we needed to make our holiday complete. The owners text us a couple of days after arrival to ask if all was OK, which it was and stated if we had any issues to contact them but we were not pestered at all. We were text again on return home to ask if our stay was OK and to see if we had a safe return journey. Nice touch. The villa was spotless and cleaned half way through our stay by the housekeeper, including new bedding and towels, another plus in my eyes. The pool was also spotless and again cleaned half way through. All instructions were simplistic from the details of how to get to the villa to how to get in and information of surrounding area and facilities. . We would highly recommend this villa and it's owners and will be looking to staying there again next year. Thankyou Kevin & Gill.

Beautiful Villa in an ideal location
By Mary Darby on 14-Jul-2026We stayed at Casa Montaña Roja for the first time as a family with 2 teenage daughters in July. Wow, what a beautiful place. The entire villa was spotlessly clean throughout and the welcome pack left for us was unexpected but very much appreciated addition. All the beds were very comfortable and it was great to be able to control each bedrooms A/C individually for a great night's sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourselves including every utensil you could imagine, lots of pots and pans and a dishwasher meaning no one had to wash up! Outside the pool was a good size, well kept gardens and plenty of sunbeds (with cushions) along with tables and chairs to relax on. My husband made use of the English TV/sports channels to watch a bit of cricket and escape the sun. Location wise we could not have wished for better. Faro Parks selection of cocktail bars, sports bar and beautiful restaurants were just a couple of minutes walk away. There is a little supermarket which has everything you need and a couple of little stores that were slightly cheaper price wise. We caught the bus into Playa Blanca several times which costs a couple of euros and picks you up outside of the supermarket. You are dropped off in the main town within about 8 minutes. We will absolutely be returning to this wonderful villa next year. The girls loved it so much they no longer want 'hotel' holidays.

Faro Park Gem
By Teri Robinson on 31-May-2026Absolutely loved our stay in this villa. It was immaculate, comfortable, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a big difference to our holiday. The location is perfect too, right in Faro Park, with everything you need just a short stroll away. The nearby restaurants and bars make it easy to grab a meal or a drink without needing a car, and the local supermarket is close enough to keep you fully self‑sufficient. Gill and Kevin were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole process, which made the entire experience completely stress free. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Villa That's Really A Home
By Terry on 01-Aug-2025Firstly dealing direct with the Owners in the UK, was a big plus, easy to contact and all payment in Sterling, The Villa was really a Home from Home, very well furnished, lovely welcome pack. Plenty of everything you need. Lovely Pool, A/C in all bedrooms plus Lounge. Two minute walk to local Supermarket, plus a variety of Restaurants to chose. Nice large BBQ, which made cooking for 5 persons nice and easy, and eating Al Fresco watching the sunset makes lovely holiday memories. Just a few minutes drive leads to a lovely small sandy cove with plenty of rocks to snorkel and watch the many amazing colourful fish they live within the rocks, just under the surface of the sea. It was such a wonderful 2 week holiday, we have already booked again for 2026

Another great week
By Paul Varker on 23-Apr-2024This is the second time we have stayed at the Villa - its amazing and everything you would expect - its well looked after and maintained, heated Pool, fully fitted and functioning kitchen - although we did eat out everyday - why would'nt you when your on holiday, Laundry facilities - just like being at home. Its really quiet so a great way to relax and wind down. There are a few shops, restaurants and bars/lounges just a short walk away - less than 5 mins from the Villa (depending how quickly you walk) or a 10 minute drive puts you in the heart of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon - Kevin & Gill provide everything you need (information wise) from the minute you book to the day you arrive and everything is clear and concise - there are also personal Restaurant recommendations and Places to visit whilst you stay in a handy folder in the Villa. We have already booked again for next year. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Amazing
By Louise and Phil on 04-Jul-2025What an absolutely beautiful villa with the most gorgeous garden. The area is perfect, you have shops, restaurants, bars literally 5 minutes away. Bus route again 5 minutes. However back to the villa, immaculate, comfortable all the comforts of home and more. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could want. Bedrooms all very comfortable beds and bed linen is lovely too. Plenty of pillows. The upstairs bedroom is on suite with big bathroom enough towels, large balcony big enough for small table and chairs plus 2 sunbeds and still room for more. The pool area is spacious and the pool is great and as in the villa immaculate as are the surrounding gardens. Cannot fault this villa, the owners are lovely and so helpful too. 10 out of 10 for me.
