This modern retreat offers a bright environment for your holiday, conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the main town and 25 minutes to Marina Rubicon, eliminating the need for car hire. With high walls ensuring privacy and security, you can relax comfortably during your stay. Inside, you'll find spacious, impeccably clean interior furnished to a high standard.Enjoy restful nights on comfortable mattresses and pillows, with all linens provided. Outside, a large covered patio area with dining and seating overlooks the inviting pool, complete with a toddler safety fence for peace of mind. The well-kept garden features a heated 8m x 4m pool with entry steps and quality sun lounger cushions. A charcoal BBQ and a covered dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior. Coin Box Air Conditioning available if required.

Casa Tranquila
By Stephen Lovel on 21-May-2026We’ve just had a wonderful week at Villa Tranquila with our grandchildren. The villa is set in a peaceful area and was lovely both inside and out. Having carport to keep our car cool during the day was a bonus. Inside, the villa had everything we needed, and the kitchen was large and included a washing machine and dishwasher. The mesh screens across all the doors and windows were fantastic for allowing fresh air in and keeping flies and bugs out. The outside was fantastic, two sets of tables and chairs, plus the comfy seating area meant we could relax and eat outside whenever we wanted. The pool is a good size and the kids almost lived in it. The new Aldi supermarket is only around 400 metres around the corner so easily walkable if necessary and both the town and Rubicón Marina were only a couple of minutes’ drive away. We’ve had several villa holidays in Lanzarote, and this is the first time my wife has ever said “I could live here!” Terry was a pleasure to deal with and everything about booking and paying for the villa was very straightforward. We were hoping to grab another cheeky week here in September but unsurprisingly the villa is already fully booked. We will be returning at some point!

By Kate & Mike Pritchard on 05-May-2025We loved Casa Tranquila spacious, well-furnished, and quiet. The outside area was fantastic with various seating spots. We used the heated pool most days and the barbeque in the evenings. The covered parking was a plus. It’s about a 20-minute walk to town with plenty of restaurants and beaches and 5 mins to the new ALDI supermarket! Will stay longer next time!

By Joseph James on 06-Apr-2025Second time in Playa Blanca. The villa was welcoming and homely, with great outdoor space and a warm pool. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We walked to town with our children – easy and car not essential.

We relaxed in the pool - ideal for cooler evenings. And loved the outside BBQ. All in all, great value. Thanks to Terry and his team for all their help. We’re already planning our next visit!
