Description
This beautiful 5 bedroom Vacation Rental Home has new Owners and has been refurbished to a high standard, set over 3 floors, with stunning views to the ocean, Montaña Roja and across the sea to Fuerteventura.A 5 min walk to a 4* Hotel with Spa facilites and in front of this Hotel are some local sandy coves and a selection of sea front restaurants.
The light and airy lounge has leather sofas, flat screen television, Internet TV (provides BBC1, 2 & 3, ITV 1, 2, RTE 1 & 2) with a DVD player and doors leading out to a sun terrace.
On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc and also a breakfast bar. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, large dish washer, extra fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.
Two twin bedrooms one of them having an ensuite shower room. There is another separate shower room. All the bedrooms have doors leading onto small terraces.
A staircase leads up to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and doors leading out to a terrace with a table and chairs, plus an ensuite bathroom with corner bath, large walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. On this level is also another terrace with two sun loungers and a luxury hot tub.
On the lower level of the property you have a twin bedroom and a separate apartment.
The separate apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area with leather settee which can be turned into a double sofa bed suitable for 2 young children (which in effect means the Vacation Rental Home can sleep 10 adults and 2 small children), flat screen TV for use with a DVD player only and doors leading out onto a small terrace, kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, etc. The lounge opening through to a double bedroom with queen (135cm) size bed and ensuite shower room.
Also on the lower level is a games/TV room with flat screen TV and X-box 360 (please bring your own games and handheld controllers for the X-box 360).
A pool table is supplied for fun with the family.
Outside there is a large covered BBQ area with seating for up to 10 guests, a large terrace with gorgeous sea views (10 sun beds) and the heated infinity edge pool (size approximately 10m x 5.5m, depth approximately 1.4m to 1.7m).
Two hairdryers are supplied, a safe and electric fans. All linen and bath/hand, pool and tea towels are provided, so no need to use up valuable luggage space.
Internet access is available with this Vacation Rental Home at no additional cost.
The Vacation Rental Home is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is E-35-3-0000545.

Fabulous villa
By Bev Carr on 15-Jun-2026We enjoyed 5 days at this beautiful villa. It had everything you could want for a home from home stay. The view is stunning as is the pool area. Located within walking distance to several restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. In a very quiet peaceful area. Jane the owner was really helpful in sorting our booking out after it had been cancelled due to LanzLuxuryVillas going into administration.
Celebrating 60th birthdays
By Bev on 15-Jun-2026We were a group of 5 ladies, 3 celebrating milestone birthdays. Beautiful villa with everything you need, except for a corkscrew, which Jane said she’d reimburse if we bought one. (Apparently they go missing all the time) Very quiet, no neighbourhood noise at all. Several restaurants within walking distance and a lovely cocktail bar with sea views and evening entertainment less than 10m walk away. We hired a car for transport to and from the airport and to buy provisions for the villa, in particular water and drinks, but it’s not necessary, as there is a supermarket 25 mins walk away. Would definitely return if booking for a bigger group, but this was a one off holiday. Having booked with Lanz lux villas, who then went into administration, we were lucky to find the owner Jane through Facebook. Jane was great in re securing our booking, keeping contact and providing the necessary information for the villa. Highly recommend. Thanks Jane for the use of your beautiful, clean villa for myself and friend to enjoy our 60th celebrations.
Excellent Villa
By DSK on 05-Sep-2013A beautiful villa ideally situated with great views all round. Yes you should hire a car but you could get by if you needed to and it does not detract from a great holiday. Would use the villa again and return to Playa Blanca (which I do not usually do).
