The villa offers four generously sized bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, making it ideal for two families or larger groups travelling together.
Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with high ceilings, contemporary décor and quality furnishings throughout. Leather sofas, stylish Karndean flooring and carefully coordinated interiors create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The architect-designed layout maximises natural light, with large picture windows in three bedrooms and expansive patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The modern kitchen also enjoys views over the pool and gardens, allowing you to stay connected to outdoor living throughout your stay.
EXTERIOR
Set within its own private grounds, Villa Blackrock enjoys stunning mountain views and a peaceful south-facing position that captures the Lanzarote sunshine all day long. The villa features a large electrically heated private swimming pool surrounded by an extensive terrace, tropical gardens and traditional lava stone walls that provide excellent privacy.
Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience, with shaded dining and relaxation areas, a traditional Canarian barbecue and a spacious outdoor dining table perfect for family meals and evening entertaining. The beautifully landscaped gardens are planted with palms, cacti and tropical plants, creating a tranquil oasis for guests to enjoy. An additional west-facing sun terrace provides even more space for sunbathing, offering table tennis and a safe area for children to play.
Located within the exclusive Villas Blancas development, the gated community is accessible only via secure coded entry and benefits from 24-hour CCTV monitoring, ensuring privacy, security and a relaxed atmosphere throughout your stay.

Every detail has been considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while fast, free and unlimited 5G Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy a large 65'' Smart flat-screen TV with an extensive selection of UK and international channels, including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Premier Sports, movies, news and children's programming. A vast library of approximately 1,900 films and 400 box sets provide endless viewing options. Additional entertainment includes a PlayStation, DVD and CD players, plus an iPod docking station.
Families travelling with young children are well catered for, with a complimentary cot and highchair provided, along with pool toys and inflatables. It is an absolutely amazing place to stay and so clean you won't be disappointed The pictures are exactly how the villa is set out and was perfect for us The brand new kitchen along with the BBQ was so lovely with plenty of cupboard space and everything you need to cook The pool, we contacted the management lady Karen who was so efficient and paid to have it heated It ended up being like a bath so was brilliant for the 3 year old It also has a little ledge that goes all around the inside edge of the pool so you can stand on the edge in the deeper area Beds are so comfortable and with air conditioning in every room, it again was perfect Massive TV with loads of channels and super-fast Internet There is a little shop attached to a hotel about a 5 min walk from the villa to stock up on a few bits when you arrive. A nice 10-minute walk to the waterpark and a 25-minute walk to the beach. It’s like a home from home Just perfect

We had a couple of issues with the electricity tripping, but the mgmt. team were incredibly quick to react, and said it was the time of year, as many villas has the pool heating system on. The pool could have been slightly warmer, but again, time of year makes it harder to get up to temp. Overall we loved our stay. Defo need a car. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated to a high standard, living space and kitchen were spotless. Lastly the outside pool was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a super solarium at the back. Would highly recommend this Villa. Great Family Villa
By Andrew D. on 07-Feb-2024We stayed here February half term 2024. The villa was as described. The pool was perfect for us, we spent hours in there, heating was optional but well worth it. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 is huge and doubled up as a "den" for the younger kids. The villa is well equipped, located on a gated secure community it fitted the bill for us. We have stayed in many villas before and would stay here again. A car is necessary if you want to explore more that the island has to offer.
