Although Car-Hire is always useful it is not essential as Casa Katie is ideally situated approx. 1 km (15-20 mins walk) from the centre of Playa Blanca and its beautiful beaches, and within easy walking distance of the resort’s charming seafront promenade, restaurants, shops and sandy shores.
And just 5-7 minutes walk to the “new” Aldi.

After a day exploring the resort, return to your own peaceful retreat, where you can unwind beside your private swimming pool and soak up the sunshine.

Sleeping up to six guests maximum, this inviting three-bedroom villa is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing holiday in one of Lanzarote’s most popular resorts.

Stylish Interiors & Exceptional Comfort

The spacious, luxurious lounge and open-plan dining area feature a comfortable L-shaped sofa, complemented by soothing coastal-blue accents to create a tranquil, light and welcoming atmosphere.

Patio doors open directly onto the large covered veranda, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The master bedroom also benefits from direct access to the veranda, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the warm Lanzarote sunshine.

Optional air conditioning is available in the lounge/diner and two of the bedrooms. The system is metered and payable locally, and can also provide heating during cooler winter months. (Just a couple of Euro coins goes a long way.)
