Luxury one bedroom, front line cottage, on 2 levels, overlooking the boardwalk and bustling harbour in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Within walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants and shops, but located on a quiet road with parking. The nearest beach, Playa Chica, is a short stroll away. The door from the bedroom opens out on to a small balcony with a handrail and steps leading down to the rocks. It is only intended for emergency use.
Swimming in the harbour is not permitted, due to safety reasons.

Puerto Del Carmen Old Town - An absolute gem on the Marina.
By Bill Birnie on 11-Aug-2026As a former PDC resident I was well aware of these properties which look directly onto the marina. Instructions and entry were simple and I was extremely impressed by the apartment which was spotless and received a brilliant welcome package. Both A/C's worked perfectly and all electrical goods are first class and the owners have installed the best of everything in house. Recomendations / Suggestions: As an elderly gent I would suggest the steps from the bedroom up to the toilet could be a little taxing for senior citizens but there is a handrail for assistance. I would suggest Instructions on operating the TV. Instruction for connecting to the WiFi. Finally there are many restaurants and bars close to the house. Chica beach is about 500 metres from the house. Being situated at the Port there are various boat trips can be taken. The property for me is 9.5 / 10 and highly recommended
Amazing Accommodation
By Jacqueline Higgins on 07-Jul-2026Travelled as a solo traveller initially before husband joined me , area is safe, quiet and a 5 minute walk into old town, local supermarket is a street behind but the terrific welcome pack Gina leaves lasted me well into my week, the cottage is spotless, comfortable, every attention to detail and items have been thought through to make it a home from home, the view of the harbour is beautiful and you never tire of sitting on the balcony, balcony furniture is comfortable and you get the sun for the majority of the day. Gina was an excellent host, keeping in touch and making sure I was okay and Louise popping in also. We travel 3/4 times a year to Lanzarote/Canaries and only disappointment for me was I haven’t stayed here before but will definitely be making it my first check for availability in the future.

Sitting on the balcony watching the harbour activities is perfect, a super spot in the daytime or the evening. You can walk to the restaurants, shops and supermarket for all your needs.

Communication excellent don't think you'll find a better host than Gina very professional kindly arranged for us to stay extra few hours for a late flight. Never had an hamper so big and thoughtfull, the mosquito blinds a great addition windows open & no nasty insects allowed in. Will never get bored of the view could sit there forever watching the harbour activities, Definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Gina & John
